I can't even find anything to complain about. The platform is super efficient, the help center is clear and thorough, and the help center reps are faster than you could even imagine. Overall, the experience using Fourthwall has been amazing.

Especially when it comes to payment providers and payout process.
Fourthwall has almost unlimited features with totally zero subscriptions.

I recommend it be used as your own platform with your visually independent brand.

Ngl this site provides so many free features that other companies charge for. Free social embed, unlimited pages, and even bring in your domain at no extra cost!

Like the website but I never can't use it as they never keep there server up and running all the time it has been 3 months and there site is still down I have contacted customer service and no response back I guess they don't care about helping people so I will just look some where else to sell my merch they deserve 0 stars.

I needed to make a request for an under $25 payout of my earnings and it was super quick!

The support team replied right away and I received my payout email under 24 hour later.

Had an issue with international payment to send a giveaway, but support team was very responsive, and helped resolve the problem. Also, super friendly and fantastic team!

I ordered a product from fourthwall.com on the 28th of January. It is now March 2, and not only have I not received what I ordered, I sent out two emails to find out what the status is on my order, and still haven’t heard from them. Got an auto response from “Justina”, but that’s about it. I guess that’s a hundred bucks I won’t see again.

I recently ordered a shirt for my son’s school event. It was shipped to the wrong address due to an auto populated address from google while filling the form although the zip code was correct. The merchandise was returned to the manufacturer. First response was within 24 hours saying we will check with manufacturer. 2nd response came 3 days later on 2/27 sending another shipment. The missing part of the communication was when it would come and whether it would be timely for the event. They did save the day for my son as the shipment came in time and my son was able to wear the merchandise for the event. Thank you and appreciate all the efforts made.

I am a Youtube creator and I have been trying to select a Print-on-demand partner for my channel for several months. I tried the two market leaders Spring and Spreadshop but found major logic issues with their User Interfaces, buggy APIs to Youtube, overly draconian rules and lack of real person technical support. By chance I found Fourthwall and while their UI and connections to Youtube are not perfect, they have real people you can arrange to talk to via telephone/video/chat and they work hard to fix issues quickly. The quality of the merch is great too and I think the images they display to customers is overall better than their competition.

I had tried different online companies to help grow my business by selling online merchandise. Other sites over promised and under delivered! Fourthwall made it very simple. Their site was very simple to navigate! But most importantly, their customer service was excellent! From Stephanie to Eli, they were always willing to help me develop my site and connect it to my YouTube channel @thecreditcardconnection. They were quick and efficient. I highly recommend creators no matter the size to use their platform!
