Fourthwall's customer service is great! I had ordered 5 shirts, all of them were great quality. One had a small print issue and they helped me track down if was my design vs a print goof. Got it all sorted quickly and easily!! They were in contact through out the whole process so I wasn't waiting in limbo. I had used some other DTG websites that would barely even respond on an issue and were much lower quality prints. Very happy to be a Fourthwall customer. Highly recommend.

I haven't written upto a dozen reviews ever, so I am not easily pushed to doing this but when you get a Fourthwall experience you are bound to make an exception. I just experienced what a support team should be like. Had an issue integrating Stripe for our new site (PostgraduateScholarship.com), sure many can relate with payment gateway hiccups, but Eli jumped on it, over google meet, and resolved it like a breeze. Really feel like I have found a company I can build our online projects with. Thanks again Fourthwall, and Eli you are the man.

We ordered a personalized video for our child. Never got anything. No responses. Asked for a refund. Nothing. So, I filed a fraud dispute with my credit card company, which was denied, because fourthwall showed that they send a confirmation email with the purchase, but no actual delivery of product. Total BS.

If you decide to do business with Fourthwall, be aware of the urge to tear your hair out while trying to design the most simple product imaginable! While there are, on the surface, a great variety of items to choose from, it comes with its serious caveats.

The issues are as follows:

1. There is no average breakdown of pay per item, so you never know what you as the creator will make until you get to the final design screen to price and publish an item to your custom site

2. It has taken me OVER AN HOUR to design a simple t-shirt when the design I chose for it is already made, I'm literally just applying it to the item...ONE HOUR!!! I am using several sites to collaborate on the creation of the designs, and the loading times for this particular site are some of the worst I have ever seen. There is no way on this green, climate changing earth that it should take so long to use what you yourself have provided as design tools to make one single item. PLEASE FIX THIS!

3. Most people using these POD sites aren't tech wizzes or computer nerds, but I happen to be, and even I know that one website shouldn't be the one thing that crashes my entire Windows system to a fully black screen while trying to design a simple freaking shirt!!!!

It has crashed to black TWICE, locking up my entire computer to where I can't even CTRL+ALT+DEL to fix the problem, get back to the sign in screen, nor can I even hit the Power button to turn it off then on again, refresh it and start over...It just crashes the entire thing, with my wifi connected, letting who knows through my firewall onto my internet connection, and this is a site that says it's easy for artists to create on...

My system can run anything I choose, as well as 3D software like Blender, music production software like Ableton, and all other manner of older games with tech issues of their own on Steam, and NONE OF THESE PROGRAMS has ever crashed my entire device, MY ONLY DEVICE I HAVE TO CREATE WITH, the way this one site has!

This is egregious, and I don't know who is behind the web design at this company, but this makes me not want to do business with any of you, despite what you have to offer. You do need to be blacklisted, in my opinion, if you continue to ruin users' systems with the way this site functions. There is no excuse for this.

If things improve, or if I truly do find error on my end, I will be open to changing my review. Until then, users beware!

I love the products they offer, love the quality, simplicity and functionality of their entire business. Their customer support has also been one of the best I've experienced - super quick and helpful!
I've tried many other platforms throughout the years, which have always had some downsides that made me leave, but this one I can see myself sticking with for a long time! Love it.

I've really had a very good experience so far. When I had problems, I received excellent help from the AI assistant and also from human staff members. The integration with Youtube was a little complicated at first but I got there with help from FW.

The strength of working with Fourthwall as a make-to-order provider has always been the quality of their products. Always high-quality prints on shirts and hoodies with great quality blanks to work with.

Some of their weaknesses had been some of their integrations and their customer service. YouTube Shopping integration, in particular, had been borked for a long time, which was a big problem for us as that was where the majority of our impressions came from. Customer service also tended to be a bit slow to respond.

However, that's all changed. They've clearly stepped up their game, and now not only are they providing much more agile responses to all of the different app integrations constantly shifting and changing in API and whatnot, they are also extremely responsive in customer support and are even willing to get on video calls to resolve things live.

Honestly, the improvement has been extremely impressive. Looking forward to working with Fourthwall for many more years to come.

I ordered a shirt for a sample and the logo was very crooked and I sent pictures of it and they were not good enough for them to make it right wanted me to jump threw a bunch of hoops so I gave up I'm too busy for this bs

I’ve been using Fourthwall for the last few months after switching from my old merch company, and my time with FW has been an absolute joy. From the ease of putting together my merch website and customizing it, to creating my merch in a few mouse clicks, to the QUALITY of the prints and goods, I highly recommend their company.

Their customer service is excellent as well - I’ve had a few issues with giveaways not working on stream, and the fourthwall team is quick to respond and fix the issues, and they’re always so kind and supportive. It’s been a wonderful experience with them! If you’re on the fence about a company to work with for merch, look no further!

As someone with a chronic illness, I don’t have a lot of energy mentally or physically to deal with all the logistics of running a shop. When I decided to open a shop, I went with Fourthwall and I’m so glad I did. Setup was incredibly simple and adding/creating my collections even easier. They handle all of the shipping and sales transactions, which is a huge load off of my shoulders, and leaves me energy to create my art and get it out there. Highly recommended!

I’ve worked with a lot of print-on-demand companies over the years, and frankly, Fourthwall is by far the best fit for my needs.

They make it unbelievably easy to set up your site, launch products, and start earning. The interface is clean, the tools are intuitive, and the entire process just works, without the usual headaches. I was able to hit the ground running faster than I ever expected.

Highly recommended for anyone serious about building a brand or selling online with minimal friction.

Honestly, everything I've ordered so far has been amazing, from delivery time to quality of the products. My premium mesh basketball jersey is exactly what I wanted. My oversized faded tees with DTG print are above average quality. The print doesn't feel like a cheap t-shirt but a nice tee with the smooth print pressed INTO the fabric.

I love this platform, one of the greatest platforms to use as a creator and great customer support too.
