AVOID ! Shop elsewhere. No notification about items being out of stock when ordering .
I needed a gel product in a hurry. I looked at Amazon as a go to and it was not going to be available for shipping soon enough, so I looked on line for another retailer. I found the specific product I wanted and order 5 bottles. The promised shipping time was 8 days. Ok , not that fast but i could live with that.
So that time comes and goes and then I received a partial order of two bottles. A week goes by and then I receive another bottle FROM AMAZON. I contact them by email saying I want to cancel the remainder of the order and demand a refund for the remaining product. They claim the order was completed and sent. From the status on their website it says two are still on back order. claim it was all sent. I have demanded the tracking numbers showing they they were delivered.
Since I started this debacle with foxandgrapesco.com about three weeks ago , of course Amazon has the product back in stock at $15 less a bottle. So the long and the short of it is I paid more for a product for faster delivery, which ended up not being completely delivered, and when it was , it was VERY late and shipped through Amazon. Meaning Foxandgrapesco.com basically took my order and money , then ordered and shipped it from Amazon, where because their price if $15 dollar more a bottle, I paid $75 more on the entire order to only have it actually fulfilled though Amazon. This all could have been AVOIDED if they would just indicate when something is not in stock on their website when an order is placed. TRASH!
