Order took forever to be shipped. Shipping address was my house. They sent email saying package was delivered as I supposedly requested to post office WITHOUT saying which post office. There are 5 post offices within 5 miles of my house.
I ordered a set of jig saw blades for $15.99 directly from FOXBC (order 25235).
It took for ever to arrive and when I got it it was the wrong item.
So, i told customer service to send me an RMA and a prepaid return label and to send me the wright item.
They gave me $3.00 refund for the inconvenience and that I did not have to return the wrong item but I have to reorder the wright item and pay again for an order already paid for.
I told them that it did not work that way and they'll have to send me what I ordered or refund me a full refund.
Well, they gave me a full refund but, WHAT A WAIST OF TIME and VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.
So maybe the product was good ?? but I surely won't order directly with such a company again.
If you want what you ordered from them buy it on a reputable site. (Amazon or others)
