zero customer service or even response
Foxelli was recommended as a good retailer. I ordered a pair of hiking poles and some heated socks. The poles are good. The socks did not work at all. I emailed their only contact address for troubleshooting and received zero response. Subsequently emailed for return info, with zero response. I'm stuck with a $50 pair of socks that aren't even Bombas. Very very disappointed.
No response from company. Not sure they are legit.

Customer service went above and beyond
I bought a heated vest from Foxelli. I couldn’t get the heating element to work. I bought it through Amazon and said I could just return it. It was 31 days after I bought it, so I was 1 day beyond Amazons return policy. Foxelli sent me another one immediately. I realized when setting up vest #2 that I was trying to start the heating element from the battery pack, not from the little control button on the vest itself. It was pretty embarrassing. I wrote to them what had happened and asked them to invoice me for vest #2 since this was my stupid err. They said no problem, just enjoy both vests. I’m very impressed with their customer service, as well as the quality of the product. I’ll definitely buy from them again.
550 Miles & Counting
Several years ago I was looking to purchase carbon trekking poles to replace my worn out aluminum ones. After doing research I made a purchase from Foxelli and couldn't be happier. They have become my reliable friend helping me tackle uphill climbs and saving my knees and hips from the stresses of the downhill stretches of the trail. Whether I am tackling a day hike or multiple day backpacking trip, my Foxelli carbon trekking poles are always with me.
Poor products
I purchased a pair of waders and the boots come unglued from the legs and were not stitched. The glue was still wet and made a mess on my socks which had to then be thrown away. This happened on my second time to wear them!! I contacted Foxelli and finally through email they responded with a 50% discount towards another purchase of their product. I should have spent a little more money and purchased a reputable brand of waders. Money down the drain and straight to the garbage can!

Outstanding customer service!
Ordered hiking poles (through Amazon), received them quickly. However, they didn't include the asphalt tips. contacted Foxelli about it via their customer service email, and although it took them a bit to get back to me (about 5 days), they sent me the asphalt tips immediately, and I received them within about 3 days after they got back to me. A company's reputation is not made by how great their product is...it's made by how great their response is when the product doesn't live up to expectations! I'm very pleased!

Excellent product! Provides continuous warmth!
I love this vest! I work in the ski industry and therefore work on the mountain almost every day of the ski season. I therefore require something that will keep me warm. I could wear this vest and save the heating element for when my core was getting cold and warm myself up immediately. It was a life saver! The vest in and of itself is very warm.
This company provides excellent support! Any time I had a question about the product or an issue, they were very responsive and ready to assist me immediately.

Warranty replacement still not resolved after 5 weeks
Tried to organise a warranty replacement of a walking pole that snapped within 12 months under normal use. Initial contact made 6th March 2025. Reply came in on the 11th - fine, no issue. Have sent 3 further emails since to resolve - no reply. So after 5 weeks I am no further forward with what should be a straightforward sending of a replacement pole.

Amazing Hiking Boots
I recently purchased a pair of your hiking boots from Amazon for a major hiking trip we had planned in December. We had about 50 MI planned of hiking and I was very hesitant getting new boots before that large of a trip. My husband has owned a pair of foxcellies for years and he loves them so I thought why not give them a try. I had been using Columbia's and once I received yours they felt comfortable enough that I felt like I could do 50 mi in them. Well, after every single hike my feet felt amazing! I have continued since December on several large hiking trips and your boots have been flawless! Just wanted to let you know how in love I am with them and I'm excited to get many many more miles from these amazing boots!

No responses to emails/calls re: making a return
I have sent numerous emails to Foxelli trying to return some hiking boots that do not fit. Nobody has got back to me. I called the customer support number several times and am always told the call cannot be placed. I've NEVER known a company like it. Usually, making a return is a reasonably easy endeavor. I'm going to dispute the payment I made to this company with my bank. Do NOT buy anything from Foxelli. They are a con.

Way to go, Foxelli
Foxelli was amazing to work with. I had a pair of sticks and broke one, my bad. I liked them so I replaced them. The second pair would not slide. I had to fight with them to get them to open and close. I decided to contact Foxelli with my problem with no expectation that they would help me. They asked me send them a video to demonstrate the issue. Then magically, another pair of hiking sticks showed up on my doorstep and they work like my first pair. It did take them a bit to respond to my first email but they apologized for that. In this day and age, this type of service is rare so I appreciate it all the more. THANK YOU FOXELLI

Do not order from them - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
As many other customers reviewing customers have stated, Foxelli has NO customer support. They taut their “easy” return process, yet they did not respond to numerous emails asking for support to return a heated vest. I tried to call all the phone numbers associated with them, including the one that was on my order confirmation email. Two of them were disconnected numbers and the third went to a staffing agency. The staffing agency told me they have tried for YEARS to get Foxelli to change the number they have listed, but have not responded to them either. I will NEVER order from them again and am sharing this with all my other friends and family and hiking groups.

Foxelli has the BEST customer service! The heated vest I wanted was on backorder and they sent me a personal email to let me know when it was back in stock. I am currently wearing the vest…and may never take it off! Besides being incredibly warm it is super stylish! 100% recommend this company!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought two pairs of heated socks. I emailed the company asking for help pertaining to washing the socks. I received an email asking if I was happy with my response to my question. I checked my junk mail and spam, nothing. I sent three more emails asking for help, and finally gave up. Absolute TERRIBLE response if you need any help from this company.

I purchased two pair of walking sticks…
I purchased two pair of walking sticks from Foxelli; one pair for my wife and one pair for myself.
They were light weighted, comfortable to use and seemed like high quality walking sticks.
While on a hike I tripped, and the weight of my fall caused one of my poles to split at the bottom of the pole. I was still able to use it, but it was obviously damaged.
When I contacted Foxelli, they were very empathetic and after submitting the necessary documentation to them, they quickly mailed me out a new set.
They stood behind their product and did the admirable thing to make sure that I was satisfied. Very few companies that I have dealt with would have done what they did to make sure I was satisfied.
I highly recommend their product both for the quality of workmanship and the integrity of this company.

make sure you order the correct poles
I ordered the wrong poles because the description wasn’t very clear. I thought I was ordering another set of carbon poles that I ordered previously but instead I got the aluminum ones and I was very disappointed. When I told the company about what happened they were not very sympathetic and did not offer me anything only after I ordered another set of the correct ones that I receive a small compensation which was then too late.
