Poor customer service

Poor customer service, they have put a hold on my account so we can't switch supplier, I am told that I have a debt of 2000 pounds and we live in a bungalow and they have been supplying us for 3months ! I can't get on to my online account. Frustrated, don't use this company

Very good value.

Very good value. Very nice people to do business with. One criticism. Their submit meter readings website page does not accept the readings. So, I go onto the chat line and submit mine that way. I have informed them and was told it would be rectified, sadly it hasn’t to date.

WHAT A BUNCH OF COWBOYS

We just cannot believe how low this company can stoop ,to keep your MONEY we are owed a large refund and have been since FEBUARY 18TH .
When they did receive our FINAL READINGS from our NEW supplier this they have denied they have also denied that they have received the readings again in MARCH ,THEY ALSO DENY RECIEVING THEM IN APRIL .
Today EASTER MONDAY we have had yet another email saying that they have not received the FINAL READING FROM OUR NEW SUPPLIER .
WE ARE NOW LEFT WITH NO OPPTION BUT TO CONTACT THE OMBUDSMAN .and go to the SMALL CLAIMS COURT .
IM CONVINCED THEY ARE A TIN POT COMPANY WORKING FROM SOMEONES GARAGE .

I have had dealings with Anneka on two…

I have had dealings with Anneka on two occasions (over two unrelated matters) when I have called regarding my mother’s account. She is efficient, has a reassuring manner and gets things done which is what is needed. Thank you Anneka.

After dealing with several members of…

After dealing with several members of customer support staff and not getting a solution (hence the low rating) Anneka Dhokia was so helpful and helped to fight my corner. She explained everything clearly and made sure I knew everything I needed to do. Such a shame it took 4 months to get what I needed, but Anneka was great.

Kind, efficient, decent and human

Very kind, human, considerate and did as much as possible to fight my corner for me when switching from the hell of another provider. It’s taken them nine months to give me my first bill but they’ve got it right where my previous provider got it very wrong.

I gave one star because it is the cheapest deal around, although customer services are very helpful, professional and polite, I am constantly frustrated at not being able to log on to my den, I have to ring every month to submit my readings, also I keep being fobded off when I enquire about smart meters.

absolute nightmare to deal wth, 10 weeks to get a final bill from them - even now its not 100% accurate but im paying slightly more just to end it once and for all!
