I had been looking for a particular ring in a particular size thought I’d seen in on an advert but couldn’t find it on their website. Happily they had a phone number with an actual person on the other... See more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Disgusting company and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! My partner purchased a Tiffany bracelet as a surprise for my birthday (he was unaware that these are second hand as it is not very clear on the website), he paid £12 for this to arrive the following day as we were going on holiday WHICH IT DID NOT! It took a further 5 days to arrive, by the time it arrived we were already away and family had to collect this. We arrived home late last night and the bracelet does not fit. We have provided confirmation that we were out of the country, therefore unable to return this item and they have still refused to issue a refund! The bracelet is not in a Tiffany box and I do not believe that this is a legitimate item as I have the matching necklace purchased direct from Tiffany and they are completely different colours of ‘silver’ and the stamps are totally different, the stamp on the bracelet purchased from Foxhill Jewellers is also squint. We will now be contacting trading standards regarding this.
1) I have had zero correspondence with yourselves, it is my partner who was in communication with you and he has questioned authenticity via email and was ignored. You also tried to flag this post as defamatory (How unprofessional!)
2) Even the length of this bracelet does not match any of the sizes on the Tiffany website and we have now purchased the same bracelet direct from Tiffany and will be using this as evidence to prove the bracelet purchased from yourselves is a fake!
3) I have now saw several other posts of people questioning the authenticity of their items and all of this will be submitted to Trading Standards as proof.
4) WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER EVER DEALT WITH, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This item was only £60 cheaper than purchasing directly from Tiffany, please pay the extra and do not be scammed like we have been!
The holiday confirmation was sent as you attempted to state that my partner had allegedly signed for the bracelet, he sent confirmation to prove that we were out of the country when the bracelet was sent out and were clearly not in a position to try this item on, check it was legit or RETURN this item within your 14 day timeframe. Any half decent company would have taken this into consideration, my first time ever leaving a review as I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service in my life. If you could send across the ‘supporting documents’ that this item is actually legitimate we would greatly appreciate it! As I have no idea how being a completely different colour to my matching necklace, a squint stamp and being a different size from any of the sizes on the Tiffany website would make this item legit. The quality would have been better buying it off TEMU!
Also very strange how you are continuously replying to this public post trying to justify yourself, yet have completely ignored my partners emails regarding this!
I have no idea how the box states they were established in 1710 when the company changed names in 2020. This alone seems very very suspicious and fraudulent!!!!

The customer service from Michelle are Foxhills was over and above anything I could have expected. The knowledge regarding the item I bought was superb and I was reassured every step of the way from selecting to ordering to delivery. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone who wants total piece of mind when buying a luxury piece of jewellery.

Given the age and history of the Jeweller's I found the whole purchase very transactional.

I was happy with the delivery and the time It was despatched unfortunately it didn't come in a tiffany box to which my partner was disappointed in..plus it came with 2 silver hearts instead of the silver and blue heart which I originally purchased

I decided to sell some jewellery I no longer wear and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Thank you to Helen and Joanna for looking after me, their communication is wonderful and everything was so quick.

I’m disappointed with my experience with this jewellers.
I purchased a Gucci watch as a Christmas gift, which broke on its first wear. When I took it to Gucci for repair, I was informed that the watch was not genuine and that the serial number related to a different model, Foxhill informed me they couldn't check serial numbers from Gucci as Gucci doesn't allow them the numbers, which leaves me in wonder of how they concluded this or any other Gucci item is a genuine item.
After contacting the jewellers, I was required to return the watch for their own inspection. While they eventually refunded the cost of the watch, I had to chase multiple times to receive the agreed postage refund, which was delayed.
I also incurred travel and fuel costs taking the watch to and from the Gucci service centre over 120 miles in total, which have not been reimbursed despite repeated emails.
Although the main refund was issued, the overall process was slow, required persistent follow-up, and left me out of pocket.
I would recommend exercising caution when purchasing high-value branded items.
Update:
For Foxhills reply.
If you send the watch to Gucci the same as I did they will explain everything in writing and in detail as they did with me you have had all copies of their emails that were sent to me.

I had doubts over the jewellery I ordered. They reached out to me and even though and I will admit I wasn't pleasant and down right rude they kept in touch, were really polite, patient and even got the info from the authentication person and forwarded me the document they have gone by. To show the markings were automatic. I do sincerely appreciate that and apologies for my rashnes but this company dealt with my claim excellently and kindly and understood my concerns. I truly recommend this company, their products and customer service

Great experience selling some jewellery I inherited that is really not to my taste and has been gathering dust for years. Straight forward and really helpful. Money received right away. Will definitely use again in the future.

I was so disappointed with the Tiffany necklace and don’t think it looks a valuable piece, in fact it looks quite cheap and tinny. I’ve bought from you in the past as was very satisfied hence I bought again.

What a terrible experience. I ordered and everything was fine. It was a present for a friend who already had one. I emailed on day 15 after it arrived but the company has refused to accept a return or an exchange. I recommend you don’t use this business
Especially as the reply further hides behind policy rather than customer service.
If only there was a 0 star rating……
