Don’t buy- they will scam I ordered an expensive cost in size S and they delivered a M. They wouldn’t respond to emails. Then eventually someone did respond and said they would send a returns label and never heard from them again.
Please dont buy in foxlondon.co. Its a scam business that should stop operating. Their customer service is inexistent, you are lucky if you get the order delivered after they take your money. I was lucky to get it delivered after 3 months and constant chasing of customer care with no response. When I needed to exchange it (for which I had to pay myself) they turned my item back with no response at all. I have reported them in trading standards. I cant believe such businesses exist
Shocking customer service. Paid for an order in December and only 2 out of 6 items arrived. Been emailing customer services and no one has acknowledged or replied. Avoid this company at all costs.
