I was looking for some thick, durable winter socks. I went to their website for some recommendations. I couldn't get past their AI bot. I ordered two pairs of socks anyway. They didn't last through the winter without developing holes in the heels. I contacted customer service about the quality issue. No response. I will not buy from them again.
The product is good. Their customer support and advertising is horrible. I love their product but I can't buy from someone who doesn't care about an is not responsive to my concerns. And their new AI implementation rates a zero.
