This company is a SCAM never got paid for my work and I have kids I have to take care of

This is a SCAM company offering jobs to people in need. Getting their personal information & having them resend stolen merchandise & never paying them!

I worked for a month for this company, and completed all my tasks in perfect order. One month has passed and they promised to send the check by mail, and I havent receive any payment whatsoever; I verified and his website foxtep.com is down and his CRM as well; and now all their emails are returning as undelivered. This seems to be a scam company and I want them to pay all of us for our work, how can sue this company for fraud? I have a legally binding contract with them, Here is their info: Their main owner is a company named BRTP Solutions LLC, from owner and registrar of Foxtep.com, registered at 2822 Calhoun Ave Rear, Chattanooga, TN 37407 and located at 660 S Figueroa St #1870 Los Angeles, CA 90017,

Entire month of work and no pay. Still after two months they said it had to be sent in mail and refused to put tracking. It still never came it’s been two whole months since they said it must have gotten lost in mail and would resend new one to come in 10 days. Now all emails have been ignored by them. Completely stopped respond to me. Preparing to file suit, this company is a SCAM they don’t pay people as promised!!!!! Horrible horrible people!

I hope everyone sees this, this is not a real work place. They hired me full time, they didn't pay me for my the whole month of work 9-5, 40 hours in shipping all the expensive items they sent to me, my honest earn money & they kept saying check is in the mail, now it's been 6 weeks. They are in USA, lying people to work for them free & want to mess with US Citizens? Please, they will look so real on the phone, all the paper work, their website, "CRM Program" . My family told me it was a scam, & I didn't listen because I wanted to work from home. I was a fool. Please job seekers, be careful. They really left me with nothing, they didn't answer my emails, calls or they CRM website got disconnected for me. No way of reaching them, I have tried. I leave messages on their Foxtep.com to reach out, but nothing. I could never do that to anyone like that, I needed that money.

This company is scam I work for a month and I never got paid … anybody that had the same experience as me let sue them cause this isn’t fair

I worked for Foxtep, signed a contract, did remote online training, and was sent packages to fulfill orders for an entire month plus, but was not paid the agreed contract pay. The company has since, shut down their website, and does not answer any calls or email. I am not 100% sure it is a scam, but after the telephone interview, exchange of all your tax information and working a month without receiving a paycheck, it is no question. If it looks and sounds like a duck, it's a duck. They said they'd send my check by mail in 10 days, but the check never arrived. I'm still waiting and preparing to file suit.

I worked for Foxtep and they never paid me for my work. Ever. Stopped responding. This is a scam company. And uses people for order fulfillment without pay.

I suggest this firm if you are confident that you can handle the gradual increase in orders.Since we began using Foxtep and automated and consistent delivery, I've received an increasing number of orders each month. It was difficult at first since I didn't anticipate it and was unprepared. Now I am and I am content. Thank you very much.

I would recommend this company if you are sure that you can handle the progressive growth of orders. Since we started with Foxtep and organized the deliveries in an automatic and predictable way I have more and more orders each month. It was a challenge at first as I didn't expect and wasn't prepared. Now I am and am happy. Thank you
