I own a Foxwell GT90 Max and believe me…

I own a Foxwell GT90 Max and believe me the service that you receive from Foxwell Tech is so bad and not worth it to buy it. I did trust them from the beginning they are good when you ask the etc but it turn out then you have problems they don't care.My tables is broken screen I ask them to support me and didn't get back from them + now my tablet is working funny I sent many emails no replay back. Avoid this company and your life will be better on different hands then any Chinese company

very poor company to deal with

ordered a scanner from them. they use yodel to deliver but i did not know this at the time(if i had i would not have bought from them). well, yodel lost the parcel, except they say they delivered it. foxwell have not responded to 7 tickets i have posted to their site. no replies at all. no after sales service whatsoever.
my advice, avoid this company, their products work ok, but trying to get any information from them is like having your teeth pulled out without painkillers

a deplorable business,PLEASE avoid these scanners

i bought and paid for one of these scanners for my car..i been waiting for over a month now still not got it yet..they sent it by post and i have to go collect it from my post office and pay the customs fees too.i tried to message them but they wont reply i must say ,,what a deplorable company..deplorable ..they call me a liar..for not wanting to pay their customs fees please dont order a scanner from them because you will have to pay all the extra fees, even though you paid if full..so if they are this bad imagine how bad it will be to update these scanners im waiting for a reply before i go on social media..

Terrible support

Terrible support! Their website is dysfunctional, they change models every couple years and stop supporting the old ones. I bought one of their VAG scanners and support stopped the next year!

do not buy FOXWELL devices !!!

Please avoid this company! The devices are shoddy, break down after a few days and the company demands a fee for their replacement! I bought their device on Aliexpress and I was cheated by them! Very bad customer service - don't buy their products!

No support after buying the product

I bought the NT530 and when arrived, no register details to go online to active the unit and download the software.
The unit came blank.
I email the company and yet waiting for support.
Very disappointed...

Update, I got my NT530 registered and software downloaded but the menu is corrupted, I reload all over again and still the same.
