I bought a diagnostic device from this company because they advertised it with lifetime updates included. That was the main reason I trusted them and invested my money.

Now, only a few years later, they tell me the product is discontinued and updates are no longer available. Instead of honoring their promise, they want me to pay $130 more for a new device. This is completely unfair and misleading.

A company that sells products with a “lifetime update” guarantee should respect that commitment. Otherwise, it is false advertising.

Very disappointed and I do not recommend buying from this company. Be careful — they do not stand by their own promises.

Brought a foxwell NT710 scan tool for my mazda 6 works great read codes and clears codes 👍

I have tried and tried getting foxwell to get my scanner up and running worked with them all beginning of past summer, I have done everything they ask me to do as I told them still didn't work. Went and bought a SD card just for it that didn't work. I told them it must be a defective unit but no that was impossible well its now pretty much a paper weight doesn't do me a bit of good, no phone number to talk to the company just email should of been a red flag with that but I needed a good scanner. I expect company to contact me and get this scanner fixed or replaced I would like to have a scanner not a paper weight or I'm going to start posting this message every where I see it advertised

I BOUGHT NT 624 LAST NOVEMBER OF 2022, THEN SOMETHING CAME UP, THE MACHINE LCD TURNED WHITE THEN STARTS BURNING FROM THE INSIDE! THEN THE CORDS THAT IS CONNECTED TO MY CAR IS SMOKING TOO! THEN I YANK THE CORD FROM MY CAR CONNECTOR! I REPORTED IT TO FOXWELL CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THEIR ONLINE SERVICE.
THEY ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS BUT. UNTIL NOW NO RESOLUTION OR ARE THEY GOING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM! NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE THAT THEY CAUSE TO MY CAR, IT COST ABOUT $3000 FOR THE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE 16 PINS SYSTEM ON MY CAR!UNTIL NOW THE AGENT FROM THE FOXWELL NO CONCRETE SOLUTION OR ARE THEY GOING TO REFUND ME THE MONEY OR IF THEY WILL SEND ME A NEW ONE EITHER OF THAT ISSUES I DON'T WANT THEIR PRODUCTS AT ALL, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! IT IS TERRIBLE!

Foxwell couldn't read codes for a simple fault had to use a very inexpensive diagnostic tool which worked very disappointed, foxwell was informed but never had a reply, very bad after market support.

I do use a Foxwell NT634e about two years for my small bussines. Can't complain at all it does everything's required for vehicle services or repair. Good tool.

sadly this didn't live up to expectation. I bought a NT530 with two software versions for my BMW Z4 and a Suzuki Grand vitara. I'm part of a Z4 enthusiasts web forum, and people say its good. Unfortunately its useless for my Suzuki, and after weeks of their customer services asking me to confirm x or y, and take many pictures of the display, they are now appearing to ignore my requests for a refund for the Suzuki licence... Its a shame... not recommended because of that.

By questions about a product to a specific car and a wrong answer cost me about 160€
Will not recommend to buy anything from them
I asked if the service tool could reset the epb on my car so I could make service and brake pads replacement and the answer from Emilia was yes it can do that
then Purchased a nt650elite it couldn't
I have updated the produkt and haven't change the language and sendet the VIN nr to many support workers
Entered the VIN nr manual and with auto VIN
After a week I got a proper answer from a supporter that the nt650elite only could do basic on my car
I got the choice to send it back and they will pay me the money I paid minus 10% and I should pay for the shipment and that will be around 54€ los from the 160€
The other choice was to get a refund of 10$ about 8,5€ with this I only loose around 152€ and still have the item
Have written with Emilia and she is not satisfied and ask me to delete my rewiew here on trust pilot and that will not happen
People has to know what company they are dealing with

Waste of money!!!

I own a Foxwell GT90 Max and believe me the service that you receive from Foxwell Tech is so bad and not worth it to buy it. I did trust them from the beginning they are good when you ask the etc but it turn out then you have problems they don't care.My tables is broken screen I ask them to support me and didn't get back from them + now my tablet is working funny I sent many emails no replay back. Avoid this company and your life will be better on different hands then any Chinese company

Don't be fooled, this is a Chinese company and even though they are shipping out of a warehouse here in the US, if you need to return something they tell you to send it all the way back to China. I ordered something from them, and they sent an incomplete item. It would cost as much to send back as the item itself. PayPal's buyer protection didn't help me. I'm out my $159. Also, contacting their support is a typical Chinese experience where it takes a long time to get a reply and it's usually only half understood. Buyer beware.

Purchased a scanner 3 months ago from uk. They emailed to tell me it has to now come from China and I will have to pay tax.
Still has not arrived and they will not communicate with me!

They are selling faulty equipment and are not paying for exchange for a warranty! Scammers!

I bought the NT530 and when arrived, no register details to go online to active the unit and download the software.
The unit came blank.
I email the company and yet waiting for support.
Very Disappointed...

NT301. The device does not remove error codes as stated in the blurb. Contact with the Co: no response,.. avoid

I'm really happy with my product, as it does everything I want it to do and more. I can send results from the device to my laptop and print or send. Really cool, be lost without this.

Bought a battery/charging tester. The instructions didn't explain much about what the tests mean. Emailed them for some better instructions and got jerked around. Customer service.Not good. Good price but they have no idea how to give proper instructions for their products. Find a different brand even if it costs more.
