Started of okay. I won some money and then I tried my hand at bingo. Paid for my tickets while I was waiting for the game to start I get kicked out and then it pops up saying, due to legal requirements I can no longer play. I love in the UK and have used this app for a few days now. I have now lost my tickets for the bingo game and some money. Contacted foxy to ask for my tickets back or money and get told I can't have either back as the game will continue to play regardless.
Absolute con of a company thinks you can win something then steals from you.

Why I have been blocked from entering the free tickets is beyond me, it never loads until there is 5 to 8 seconds left in the countdown after the ticket sale closure and obviously the few seconds in the 10 seconds countdown timer before the 1st ball is called.
This is very several times daily and no matter what I do it will not load regardless of cleaning device etc and it works just perfect when it's not free.

I wouldn't complain as I've won in the past but now it feels like the computer knows that and tryst blocking me when I'm due a win as I don't deposit money much.

This site is absolutely a load of rubbish all it does is take a lot of money for nothing. You don't even get the bonus that the game advertises. And it does not matter what games you play

Account was permanently banned after passing verification for no reason i have been depositing and withdrawing for 1 month with no issues untill my account was randomly flagged for verification, was also permanantly banned off all the sister sites Coral, Ladbrokes and Party casino.

I joined foxy bingo from a choice of several bingo choices listed in a Google search, as I was sure this was a safe organisation, by the high prestige I believed their reputation had acquired.
The promotion offered for joining was £20 free bingo and 30 free spins with 2x wagering when deposit and spend £10 when signing up with a new account.
I joined and deposited £10. No offer of any bonus or promotion was sent to me. I thought it would be sent after I had spent the £10 playing in some games of bingo.
Afterwards I still couldn't find the sign up promo but read in the T/Cs that it could take time. I received a promotion offer 2 days later for 40GBP but the details said it was 40x gambling. Which, I think, means any winnings I could claim only get paid if I spend £160 (it says this in the T/Cs). The T/Cs are confusing to me but I kinda got 'the gist'.
So, I contacted customer support to ask for my original promo offer. I was told that because I had been offered the 40GBP 4x wagering (which I hadn't asked for or selected - it was still in my inbox as an offer) then they couldn't offer the original promotion of £20 bingo and 30 free spins 2x wagering.
It was clear to me that the original promotion bonus I signed up to was at the least just a deception designed to falsely lead people to join.

Played over the last few days and it's took £1200 off me playing fishin frenzy.
This site has never been this bad ever. But the last few weeks it's done nothing but take take take. Now In my eyes the worst unfair site out there.
They really need to look at there games before someone reports them as something is going on. Think mabye it's time they are reported.
I played £1 spins so 1200 spins and the most I got back was £70!!! For me I won't ever play this site again.

Was good at the beginning like other casino!!!! With 15£ deposit y reach 600£ amazing I was very surprised due to a lot of bad reviews, I should follow my code and stop wen i start losing despite playing in different slots games, and I lost 400£, withdrew 200 no problem with payment and quick.

One star no don't think so this site if you win then be prepared because it will take 3 times back that you've won joke.

Low pay outs and very glitchy games.
Played numerous games with these guys and the majority crash mid play... check support. They say reload the game and it should continue up from where you left off. Fact it there's a chance it won't and if not, it's a lost bet. Frustratingly this happened to me mid feature. Reloaded and all lost.
I don't mind a loss, I only gamble what I can afford to lose but with Foxy it ain't a gamble... its all take, and extremely low chance of reward.

I had been restricted so many times for making a comment spent all my money on here today, 20p to be exact, so they restricted my account.
On contact as advised they wanted my income outgoings which 4 weeks previous they took details I said you have the details use them, no you have to reiterate the details or account will not be open. Shut it down infact shut all down associated with LC INTERNATIONAL
Joined for some fun all I have had is closed accounts restrictions and frustration so now all accounts, closed.
I would recommend others to be careful how and what you say, I've never felt so much frustration from anything I have ever done on line. Waste of time money and efforts.

Ladbrokes took £20 instead of £10 and although knew the error was with them it took them 5 days to refund, even though I have limit on account and they should have only taken £10, said it could be hardship matter for some, so closed me again for saying this.

Absolute rubbish. I only deposit small amounts for a bit of fun but never win anything. Dead spin after dead spin and when, and if you ever get the bonus land, then what you win is pittance.
