Well I have deposited quite a bit lose more than you win..then they also charge you for withdrawals..I also have not had any coins put into my store buys for a good while either..yes I know it's a gamble but surely you have to win sometime

Don't gamble here!!! Winnings will not be paid out and your account will be closed. They indicate that you have violated the general rules but do not provide any proof or explanation. I have been waiting for a week now but now I no longer get a response from Foxygold when I email them. See the email below that I received from them;

Complete scammers. Who should I address, which institution regulates this? They just steal money, after they block the account without any explanation. I want to fill a complain to police.

A very bad gaming platform with 2500 euros in the account for withdrawal and they do not approve my withdrawal for 10 days. After 10 days I gave up and closed the account. A very poorly trained team of incompetent people. I do not recommend this platform to anyone and I would like the relevant authorities to be notified to close this platform.

It engages in illegal activities

These illegal casinos use these types of companies for their supposed deposits, thus employing other businesses with different Merchant Category Codes (MCCs). The MCCs were likely manipulated to bypass such restrictions (transaction laundering). I have proof of all this and the support of hundreds of affected people.

I have contacted the bank, and it seems they have had more similar cases with this type of fraudulent practices.

Regarding VISA and MasterCard deposits, they are violating VISA and MasterCard rules. Therefore, I am entitled to a refund of all deposits I have made, as, according to the bank and my lawyer, they inform me of the following:

I must file an MCC (Merchant Category Code) chargeback if the MCC code used by the merchant does not correspond to the service/product I actually purchased or if it is related to a category restricted by my bank (which is also the case, as I have a block specifically activated to prevent gambling-related transactions).

The relevant authorities and agencies have already been informed to investigate them.

Managed to wager the welcome bonus and tried to withdraw 558 Eur, they confiscated everything because i placed a 1 bet of 5.50 Eur

And all there sites complete SCAMM,,If you read there T&c your not allowed even to place bet above 30% amount of your own real deposit money or also they hold the right to steal "winnings"

The welcome bonus was decent and it kept me going for some time until I ran out. There are a few other promotions going as well but nothing out of the world. Wagering requirements are fine because the bonuses don't feel impossible to achieve. The offers are decent but I feel like they could get more creative with some of them.

Still no refund on the 50 deposit

I deposited 50 euro, but there was problems and it stay on the status : initiated. So on Monday I try again to see if the money is there. But for some reason my account is blocked, no idea why. I contact support and they tell me to wait for email support. But they never replied.

I am still waiting to get a refund of that 50 euro, they can keep my account closed, I quit gambling. I don't trust them anymore.

I don't understand all these negative reviews. My documents were approved within a day and also in one time, and my payout was in my bankaccount within 4 hours on a Sunday. It was a withdrawal of 3K.

Deposits and withdrawals both have been smooth for me. It pays out in a couple of days I believe and the site is pretty clean. I always find my way around here so the games are easy to find. Live chat is quick too but I would love if they can introduce faster cashouts for VIP players or something.

I deposited £30 a few days ago, it left my bank account but didn't go into the casino account. You can't take screen shot of your banking with barclays. I've given all other relevant information. It clearly states I deposited 30 at 17:52 which states paid then at 17:57 says declined which of course no one can see apparently. They can clearly see I haven't used it and they've had the payment but will they put it into my casino account, hell no. They are choosing to ignore me now and not once have I had an apology. I play regularly and in all fairness have never had a complaint till now and then get treated like this. Told them to keep the 30 but will never use them again.
