We have greatly appreciated the detailed and helpful guidance from the FPRA and are delighted that we chose to become members.

FPRA provide an excellent service to Resident Management Companies. They produce excellent information for new Directors as well as an informative news letter. I have found their free to members advice service on particularly helpful.

I was impressed with the swift and detailed response provided. Their guidance on the next steps for the Association was exceptionally clear, covering important aspects like the indemnity requirement, access rights under the lease, and potential enforcement actions. It truly addressed all my concerns and helped clarify the situation efficiently.

The organisation responded immediately and said they would deal with my enquiry within ten days. In fact they responded within two days, which was really appreciated. And the advice they gave was very helpful.

Joining the FPRA is the best thing our association has done. They have been so helpful with the problems we are having with our landlord/managing agent. The advice given has been second to none and they always respond quickly. If your association isn't a member then you should join asap.

Queries relating to issues with recalcitrant landlords are dealt with in detail and promptly. Our residents' association would struggle without this valuable advice. And alll for the very reasonable cost of an annual membership.

I am a director of a company managing a block of 36 flats and 8 garages. The garages need extensive repairs and some of the leaseholders and the owner of the adjoining property have very different ideas on what should be done. Difficult negotiations have been going on for two years. i have sought advice from the FPRA on 3 occasions. The most recent as typical with an erudite, comprehensive and helpful response within 4 working days, which included a request for more information. This by itself was worth far more than the annual subscription of £150. Membership is extraordinarily good value for money.

FPRA took the trouble of getting expert legal advice on a technical matter. The advice was timely, appropriate and very helpful.

I was a bit taken back when I was ask to be more consistent towards my email. I wanted some advice and didn’t know the process it was not explained to me. I was judged because I didn’t know the protocol; but the admin staff were very helpful and explained how it was to be formatted; which was solved what I wanted to be told.

Yet again, FPRA's advice is spot on - timely and detailed and gives us what we need to have confidence in responding to our freeholder firmly and accurately.

We often use FRPA for advice and its well worth the membership as you can get feedback that literally pays for the membership for a single enquiry. Its useful to get this independently of expensive solicitors.
