Avoid getting scammed people, they auto-debit your account every month without subscription. Also the product is not effective.

This company is 100% a scam. The chin masks have zero compression and produce zero results, and the company is completely unresponsive for the 30 day money back guarantee. I tried all the contact avenues on their website, with several respectful followups, and not even 1 response. There is no 30 day money back guarantee, it is a scam. Don't waste your money unless you're okay with losing it

The mask itself is helpful. However, the constant ads for buying more items is kind of annoying. Also, the instructions are different on the website from what the mask or booklet show. The first time receiving delivery of the the mask was slow but the second time was faster. Hopefully, the company keeps up with demand

I only used it once so far, but it was easy to use. My skin felt great afterwards, and I could see some difference even after one time use

The product came quickly which was nice. Im still on the fence about it.
The mask doesnt seem to be as tight as I would think it would be, and I honestly didnt think it was doing much but it looks like it is doing seldom work on my double chin in the 2 weeks ive been using it. I have enough mask for 4/5 weeks, so will update then, as well. This is results with no dieting or extra cheat products. I would like to submit picture but dont see an option to do so.

Masks were ripped, leaking everywhere, and couldn’t be used. I emailed Chinology on 5 separate occasions asking for help with the order. Bot response and never contacted by the company. Zero customer service and frustrating experience. I will be looking elsewhere for product.

They charge me $100 when I never signed up for the automatic deliveries. I have been contacting them for a week and they sent me an email out every day saying 24 hours. Someone will resolve or call me back. They haven’t taken me off the subscription they are not returning my calls. They have not refunded my money. This company is a scam.

I feel it working but I only use it occasionally so I think it might be best to use the masks regularly as one every day for a week ? It is easy to use and very comfortable I am reluctant to take the mask off .

I did not believe it, and never trust beauty companies, but these really work! Im schocked! They do not last 5 days for 1 mask tho

Product worked ok- but then I kept trying to cancel and I keep getting charged and shipped more. I am very frustrated and it's expensive!

Pretty much everything went wrong with this company. I called to cancel my subscription after I received a second order. I was told I would be able to return it and that I would not get any additional orders and my subscription was cancelled. I was able to return that 2nd order, but then received a third, and then a fourth, with absolutely no response from customer service. I have reached out to customer service about this no LESS than 6 times over the last 6 weeks and have gotten absolutely NO response. Not only am I stuck with 2 orders I never should have been charged for, but they are now just completely ignoring me. I have gotten the auto-response from the customer service assigning me at least 5 different request numbers - so I KNOW they are seeing my messages - they are then just ignoring them and not responding. I don't understand how this is ok.

I ordered this and it took 3+ weeks to get them. I no sooner opened and tried the first one when I was alerted that my next shipment was on the way. I tried to contact them and tell them they needed to pause this since the first order was so delayed. I received what seemed like a concerned email that it would be looked into within 24 - 48 hours - more than 72 hours go by and I reach back out. Now I get an email asking about what charge am I concerned about - like no one read my email at all. I replied again that I was looking to pause it. No matter what I said, the same email kept coming to me. Now my radar is up - SCAM is ringing in my head - so I asked to cancel, same exact email keeps getting sent. So I contacted PayPal - thier OWN methods to contact these people fail with broken links. Alarm bells should be going off - its easy to sign up - impossible to cancel - buyer be wary!!! Very Wary!

I’m on an exciting journey to rediscover my jawline! My double chin appears to have withdrawn after a month, and I’m excited! The Chinology Customer Service team has been great, and so far, I am a big fan!! Stay tuned for big results!!

These masks really work. I use it once a week as maintenance now and feel better for doing so.

First time using Chinology and the items came nicely packaged. It was easy to use after the first try. I could feel the product working. I can't wait to continue this journey with Chinology.

I decided to give this a try based on the reviews. However, I wasn't aware that once you purchase their product you will automatically receive product each month. Upon hearing that another order would be sent, I immediately went to the website to cancel any further orders but found out that there isn't any way to cancel because they don't offer that feature. I had to call my bank and cancel my credit card to stop the next automatic order that I was unaware of. The only way I knew that was happening was because of the reviews on Trustpilot from other customers who had the same issue. It doesn't matter how good the product is if you are not able to connect with their customer service department, for which I tried several times, and no one responded back to me.
