great customer service, great product

The ordering process was simple.They were delivered in a reasonable amount of time.No issues with that.The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I haven't used it long enough to know if it's going to work or not. Oh i can offer one suggestion... when you send the packages include instructions.I got my order with no information about how to store it or anything like that.So I had to reach out to customer support to ask how you're supposed to store them. Thank you

I was informed of my orders progress every step of the way. I knew where it was and they got in touch to make sure it was delivered. Beside which, I love the products. I mostly use the mouth ones.

I like the experience , and I’m seeing some results , I hope to see more in the coming weeks .

lifetime double chin here. Have been using masks nightly for about 14 days. My ears do have a hard time holding the mask without folding down. Masks seem really good for 4 uses. By the 5th time, I feel it isn't doing anything. Wish they were cheaper!

This mask truly works. I am 61, and my sagging neck has tightened a lot. Highly recommend

Loved the deal buy 5 get 5 free. These masks work great, You really feel a difference as soon as you put it on.
It is really cooling too. This is the 2nd time I've bought these masks an to get at least 10 wears out of it you can really start to notice the difference in the neck an chin area. I wear one at least once a week sometimes twice, I really do recommend them, and the amount of money you would save if you had surgery, it's a no brainer, get them, you won't regret it!

The product is easy to use! Already seeing results within a couple of days! Wearing the night mask to bed.

This is one of the worst companies to buy from.
I cancelled the subscription two month ago but they keep sending me the product and OF COURSE, billing me.
Unable to contact anyone. Only via email if anything.
Received emails IN FRENCH.
I have not tried the product but good luck trying to cancel or getting in touch with the company.

It is the first time I have had a company check in whether the product was well received besides informing customer of tracking delivery status.
The mask has a cooling refreshing abd tightening effect. Very easy to put on. It is also great than one can reuse mask for five times. Looking forward to achieving a more defined look.

Some improvement, but not nearly as much as I was hoping.

Scam. I tried to return an unopened package and they responded to my request by saying someone would reach out with return directions but no one ever did. They are not true to their word on their return policy.

The product works well, but I was disappointed that when ordering three masks I didn’t receive the three free that were advertised.

I can tell the difference in my jaw even just after 3 uses. Highly recommend
