Prints were too dark

Prints were too dark , lacked contrast , no good for black and white. Had same photos printed in Paris for about the same price, machine prints and the results were much better. Your quality control wasn’t good enough in my opinion.

J ai fais developper 3000 photos beaucoup de photos en double non commandees d autres mal developpees d autres manquantes je leur en ai fait part demandant le developpement de quelques photos gratuites refus donc j irai ailleurs
