Wrong article delivered but efficient support
I placed an order and did not receive the right item, and it was delivered with some delay. But the Giesswein customer support was efficient, and I then received the right shoes. They look good and are confortable. :-)

Look good but feet still cold
I love the look of these, but my feet are still cold even with two pairs of socks. Perhaps I brought the wrong style, but these did not keep me warm and for the price I expected a bit more insulation from the cold.
