inadequate packaging
sent light bulb with inadequate packaging. ligh bulb was broken on arrival and would not answer my email.
keep sending messages in german...
TBH I didn't call them as I see no point in wasting my time fro 10 CHF. Yet, I would not recommand them :
very poor packaging, and no email acknowledgement.

Spare parts cannot be replaced
The delivery was smooth, but one of the lamps came with a broken plastic part, which is detachable and could be replaced easily, but the company does not replace detachable parts, instead they offered to replace the entire lamp, which is a headache for a busy person. Irrational and inefficient.

Love the quality - challenges with delivery
Love the quality of product and speed of delivery.
Please improve your communication with the delivery company DPD. They lacked key info and i could not communicate directly with DPD because luminaries doesnt make the connection. Only by chance could i intersect the company car on the street to receive the delivery

Only the delivery was quite long (16 days), but it was in the hands of the deliverer (DPD). DPD is always sooo long.
