The company didn't deliver the lampshade. Just the lamp base …
The company didn't deliver the lamp shade for the lamp I ordered and payed for. When I notified them, they asked me to pack the lamp base myself (I had thrown away the original package) or to order another lamp. unpack it, pack the lamp base they delivered and return it. Very unprofessional behaviour when the customer is punished for the company's mistake

Good morning
Good morning, I placed my order on September 26th. Since I work, I requested that the delivery be made to the front on my house, where there is a private and even DHL has left packages under my responsibility and I have never had a problem I spoke to someone from Lumories who confirmed to me that I would only receive a notification on the day of the delivery without specifying an exact day. Do I need to take one day off to be at home waiting for a package from 8 to 6pm? In addition, it seems that the package can't be resent to me and I will be reimbursed next week which means almost 1 month later I placed my order. A really bad experience.

The manual did not explain clearly how to assemble the lamp. One had to break off a two plastic rings before being able to screw the lamp foot together - this was not explained.
