Je contacte UPS et je modifie l'adresse 2 ( deux ) fois
Jamais ils ne se présentent pour livrer , jamais ils appellent le no de portable indiqué , ils jettent le colis dans un relais dans une autre ville à des kilomètres.
Je vois mal comment faire pire qu'une telle expérience client...
