While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Quora = fake‑account factory

Quora has turned into a mobile‑first platform flooded with fake accounts (Gmail‑based), mostly from India and the Middle East — its trust rating plunged from 4.7/5 to 1.2/5. This isn’t just the platform’s credibility taking a hit; it’s the reliability of information tipping into outright misinformation. Negative reviews make it clear: a volume‑over‑quality strategy wrecks reputation. Quora = fake‑account factory. Trust rating: 4.7/5 → 1.2/5. This is more than a PR problem — the platform is trading truth for traffic. The result: education and information credibility are turning into organized misinformation. Prioritizing volume kills value.

Full of racistic comments that do not…

Full of racistic comments that do not get moderated. The full web site is an invitation to racial violence. You can make jokes about a person for his religion, colour or nationality but as soon as you answer to one of those comments saying that it s a moronic thing to say you get ban. Doesn’t make sense the full wen site should be banned.

Never make an account

Just went there to read one short article; and had to register to read it to the end. Now they've spammed me with nonsense thrash mail for over a month. Unsubscribing won't help (i've tried five times), and account deletion is nearly impossible. EDIT: Gladly I nomore get 'em

Biggest scam ever

I was into the Quora Partner Program since +- mid of December 2020. So I was paid to ask questions.

I've reached the point where I was making 20/25€ daily only after few weeks on this Quora Partner Program... and they banned me for absolutely no reasons a day before the pay.

I just have to read others comments to understand... Quora is the biggest scam ever. Be warned people especially if you're into the Quora Partner Program.

They will ban you at some point without any reasons.
