I order from this website and the product never arrived, the company doesn’t answer my emails for refund.

I placed an order on November 26, 2025, for delivery to Portugal. Unfortunately, the product did not arrive. I need to request a refund.

Ordered some new ray ban lenses, all received, no problems.

They sent me the wrong glasses in september. Bad or no reactions on my mails I send. After 3 months and 10 mails they agreed to send me the right glasses but first I have to send back the wrong glasses back on my one cost!!! Because the cost of sending back is more expensive than new glasses, I asked them to send it back on their cost as usual with internet companies.....
They don't want to do that and don't even understand my problem......
So I give it up. They're aftersales is poor, even their service as such....

Ordered Oakley replacement temples from Spain. Had to chase order - no response but dispatched the next day. Everything then went smoothly and delivered before dates mentioned for delivery. No problems recommending this company

I ordered what were advertised as original Ray-Ban sunglasses with polarized lenses from salelsol.eu. What I received was clearly not polarized, and the overall quality was suspicious.

I contacted Ray-Ban directly, and they confirmed that salelsol is NOT an authorized dealer. The seller tried to provide a PDF “contract” as proof, but it was issued to a completely different company and not signed, verified, or linked to salelsol in any way.

I filed a dispute through PayPal and provided evidence, including photos and Ray-Ban’s confirmation. The seller made the return process deliberately difficult, and I was concerned about spending more money to return what could be a counterfeit product.

No transparency, no clear company identity, and questionable products.
Buy at your own risk — I strongly advise avoiding this website.

No problems for me. I ordered, paid and my new Rayban lenses arrived well packaged in good time. I may order some more from this company in future.

SaleSol dont care about faulty lenses and dont accept return or send out OK new ones. They claim that the frame is the reason for one of the less I got not fitting properly. I have been to two different opticians that both say that one of he loses are slightly smaller and that is why it doesn't stick in the frame -

For me it was quite good experience, they are not scam, the online shop is related to a ophthalmologist store in Spain. I talked with them by phone they seem to be a little old so don't expect very fast answers

I Bought reyban lenses (order number - 230533) at first looked like original but after 3 months , it already had scratches as if were worn for a years. I followed with the customer service (admin@salelsol eu) , no even a response. Very upsetting.

Worst online store ever. It took over 2 weeks before my package arrived and it was damaged. Tried to contact the company but they are nearly impossible to reach. They do not respond to whatsapp and email. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Lasted 2 weeks to receive but was worth waiting for. Seems original to me with prefect fit. Nice box. Also good and fast responce in dutch when we asked when we could aspect our order. They send us an Spanish trach and trace. I wanted to post a picture with this review but is not possible.

I ordered replacement Glasses and never get an answer. After I used PayPal, they change the Status to „in progress“ and that was all. So i used Paypal to get my Order, again no answer. So I god my Money back and no glasses. Don’t waste your time! And only use PayPal!!!!

Ordered Ray-ban sunglasses lenses, after 10 days they did not dispatch the item. I contacted them several times, no reply at all.
Only after a Paypal claim they refund the full amount without any explanation.

Avoid this company

Disaster ,i didnt receive order that i paid couple months ago ,and they are not replying on e mails anymore..
So people avoid them if you want to keep your money ..
This never hapend to me,and i am ordering lot of staff online..
I am going to let mastercard also hear about this,because this is so sad..

Btw. they have lot of pages like they are company from Germany ,France ect..But company is from Spain ..I ordered and paid parts on German page
If i knew that it was Spain i wouldnt order at all..But it is too late now...

This company does not see a reason to send an invoice to commercial clients, not even after a few mails. Looks like somebody does not pay taxes...

Fast delivery to Switzerland and original Rayban spare parts, I recommend.

Ordered new temple stems for my Ray Ban glasses.
They send me the wrong or faked ones. They dont fit my glasses and they have some weird label on it.

Contacted the Shop and informed about wrong articles they send out.

No sorry from the shop, no return label. I have to pay the cost for the return. F*** off!

I ordered screws for my glasses. They sent the wrong screws. Now they are do not answering any support queries and try to avoid to reimburse the paid purchase price.
Enterprise is definitely not serious.
