FR8Star was easy to work with. The carrier that handled the pick up and delivery needs to work a communication. I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. The guy that made the delivery was great.

Nobody knew how to operate the machine…
Nobody knew how to operate the machine I purchased so they winched on the trailer by doing so they broke the parking brake.
Then driver broke the auxiliary foot control for the remote hydraulic valve because he thought it was a brake pedal.
