Found a scent that I had been looking for that was impacted by the tariffs. Great prices! I was worried it was too good to be true but both bottles are authentic and in original packaging. So happy I found this site!

Did not receive what I ordered

Placed an order for a fragrance but received another. Communicated it to Frag Flex who in turn told the fragrance I ordered was out of stock. They did give me credit for my next and let me keep the fragrance they sent. Kudos to them for fixing the problem. The effort and communication was really appreciated.

I like this website so much this is my second time shopping here and it’s not gonna be the last I’m gonna keep shopping shipping is very fast I have not yet found anything wrong with the perfumes they are legit they’re authentic very pleased with shopping here and they have a such a good reward program too that you get points and points turned into dollar to be taken off of your next purchases I recommend the site to shop for your fragrances
