I’ve now placed five orders with Fragrance Gems, purchasing from Croatia, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with every experience. All of my orders arrived quickly, and every perfume was carefully and securely protected during shipping. Not a single bottle was damaged during transport, which really shows how much care Fragrance Gems puts into packaging and handling their products.
What stands out the most is their professionalism and excellent customer service. They respond to emails very quickly, are always helpful, and handle everything efficiently and professionally. I was also very impressed to learn that the entire website is run by students. Despite this, the level of professionalism, organization, and service is truly outstanding, and they deserve a lot of praise for that.

The shipping cost is a little higher for me because I’m ordering from Croatia, but for this level of professionalism, reliability, and service, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend Fragrance Gems to anyone looking to purchase perfumes online. I will definitely continue buying from them myself!

Why don't they ship to Ireland and some other EU countries? If they use DHL services, then it is possible to ship across all EU countries.
