I ordered the producer Michael AM/PM discovery set, which is just 2 very tiny sample bottles, these were priced at £35! But had a 10% discount code from producer Michaels YouTube channel.
The package arrived and was beautifully packaged, but when I opened the small net bag containing the 2 sample bottles was seriously annoyed and disappointed by the fact they had printed on them “Free sample not for sale”
So I emailed fragrance Dubois to ask why, that was 2 weeks ago now, and they haven’t bothered to even reply to me, which I can only assume that they know they should t be charging for what is free when you go into most stores, I didn’t mind paying for postage or even a bit towards the beautiful packaging, but over £30 for free samples, absolutely disgusting. Never buy from these con artists.

I’ve worn this fragrance twice now and the aroma doesn’t last longer than a hour.

I’m massively disappointed as it’s a beautiful fragrance. My shower gel aroma lasts longer and it’s fragrance free.
It’s put me off trying niche brands, and I wish I could take it back.

One of my favorite fragrances for winter time is the New York Fifth Avenue. I purchased this from one of their stockists in North Carolina about a year and a half ago. After only a couple of uses, I noticed that the bottle was leaking slightly and then the cap no longer fit. I reached out to Fragrance Dubois directly through their website and they immediately sent me a replacement with zero hassle. I expected they would send me a replacement cap and not an entirely new bottle! I should have reached out sooner when the problem started but didn’t think they would do anything about it because a lot of times things can happen after user error. I can say they provided excellent service from an excellent brand. I have several of their fragrances and can attest that they use only the best quality scents and Oud their fragrances and I appreciate them standing behind their brand.

If you wanna be different to the others, do not hesitate to order your next fragrance from du bois!There is no words how good they are!I use to buy top brand perfumes, but everyone knows them.When I wear these, always get a few comment how good I smell, but no one knows what brand is it, and that gives you the uniqueness!And they last almost all day.

I bought the oud orange hair mist and was disappointed I could t pick up the oud in it at all. The vanilla dominates which is a little too sweet.

This company has the best customer services in fragrance brand I have ever seen. Amazing communication very friendly and ardent. Buy with confidence. They deserve 10 star but I can’t give it. Thank you well deserved.

I got one of the discovery sets, and the free shipping was really appreciated, since shipping to Australia is usually pretty costly. The fragrances themselves are absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend if you have the $

I been thinking of buying this house of fragrances for a while but the price was on the high end. I finally decided to purchase it and it didn’t disappoint. The parfum is one of the best , last all day long and smells great. Loved the packaging and the case it came in. I even got 3 samples from them. I been using it every day now and can’t wait to get another one from them.

Shipping was amazing!! The Fragrance is even more amazing then I thought. Once you experience the quality and complex layering of scents is first class. All the smells are not over bearing, But you just cant get enough. I ordered the samples and already putting my order together for what i like.
