The website is no longer working per a very nice lady I just spoke with in sales at the 800# listed on the website. She directed me to go through one of their other vendors like Walmart, Macy's, Nordstrom's, etc. She said their IT team is working on putting in a flag in the Checkout feature of the website so people know they can't order through the website any longer.

I tried to place an order. When i went to check out the website keeps saying problem with checkout. I called their phone number and the greeting does not say Fragrance Room it says something like Cheryl Enterprises. I selected 0 for operator and a it just rung and rung then a voicemail picked up for Sandra Blando. I called back and selected 2 for customer service. It just rung and rung then a voicemail picked up with a female voice saying I cant come to the phone right now. This does not seem to be a legitimate company. Buyer Beware.

Total scam. Do NOT use. Do NOT give them card details. Absolute fraudsters

Do not order from this company! Ordered perfume took my money and never got confirmation. Tried calling no one knows anything and emails bounce back! SCAM!!

I absolutely love it but after reading the other reviews on here i may give them a miss for any home deliveries because it sounds like a nightmare 😂

The website collects personal information including credit card information and has no intention to fulfill orders. After a few days, you will get random charges on your credit card from random companies. This needs to be stopped.

Same situation as the other reviews that have been posted so far. I placed an order, and 10 hours later, it was cancelled without explanation. There were three different products in it, so it also seems odd if all of them just happened to be suddenly sold out without the product pages reflecting that.

The review is going to mirror the other two reviews on here! Placed order, paid for order, received cancellation of order. No Customer Service.
Wouldn't use if I were you!

Made a purchase 5 days ago and received all of the emails etc to track the package. You have to download some app I have never heard of to track it.
Earlier this morning I got an email stating that my order has been cancelled??? No explanation or way to find out why.

This business is a total scam! DO NOT use this website. Nothing is easy to do (besides paying for your items). After that you are made to figure it out yourself and use an app to track your packages.
Custoer service is a joke and I will never use this business again.

There is something fishy about this place. I should have known by the low prices (for perfumes) that it was too good to be true. I placed an online order on 2/21/21, for $9.88, which included shipping. I paid via Paypal, got my confirmation, and everything seemed fine. The following day on 2/22/21, I received an email from them stating that my order was cancelled. No explanation or anything. I was baffled and quickly sent them an email asking why my order was cancelled. Nothing...no one responded to my email. A few hours later I get an email stating that the email I sent them earlier bounced back, due to a full inbox. What reputable company leaves their mailbox full? I became curious so looked them up and found a phone number - 1-866-FRA-ROOM. I called the number, and lo & behold, it is no longer in use. Huh?? How can that be? I looked up their Facebook page and it was an outdated page with what seemed like fake comments from people who supposedly received their perfumes and were sooo happy, etc. No way, there is NO WAY this place is legit. I still have not heard anything from them, and will certainly NEVER try to purchase from them again.
