Great as always. But…
I will always rate this company 5 stars, The service is impeccable, perfume quality is top notch, and delivery fast and on time.
However, prices have gone up rather dramatically over the past year, yet the price of a bottle from whichever brand has remained stable. Example: this time last year I bought 5ml of Sospiro Vibrato for £15.71 yet today it’s now priced at £24.33. That’s a 55% rise. I have noticed this on many perfumes bought in the past. 55% is a huge jump. This unfortunately forces me to go to a competitor, who sells the same quality at a more competitive price. You have to be honest about these things.
The new atomisers and labelling are much better, and the hand picked free samples if you spend £30 or more are a better reflection of what I buy. I don’t really buy designer, rather Niche. But with the price rises, you tend to feel you are covering the price of the free samples anyway.
I’m also hoping that they may launch a niche advent calendar this year rather than designer. I would pay for it. Just an idea.
Other than that, still a fantastic company to buy genuine, well kept fragrances from.

Sometimes we have to change prices based on the cost price we have to pay for the full bottles, that is the only time you will see any significant price fluctuations. We have not made widescale 'dramatic' price increases! Despite brands making multiple price changes over the past few years, we only increase prices once per year across the board and the increase is less than the percentage increases that it costs us to purchase those perfumes. Bespoke changes, as I say, only ever happen when we are paying different amounts for the bottles ourselves and these are few an far between.
We will be offering a Nice Advent Calendar this year - watch this space!

The pump doesn’t work can’t use the Jo Malone samples very disappointed. As was brought to my attention I had not contacted the supplier, as soon as my review appeared here the Company contacted me within minute's there suggestions didn’t work and this morning they have agreed to refund me. I give the company 5 stars for their customer service the prompt and polite reply was heartwarming. Thank you I will not hesitate to contact this company as and when I wish to purchase fragrances. You also shorted me on the Tom Ford Oud Wood (less than every other sample, lined em up, believe I took a photo too).
** I see you edited your reply. Making me out to be a liar, with the levels, you have just lost another Star. Trying to spin me a yarn about levels being done in transit equates to some technical calibration that science has not quite yet worked out is ridiculous.

Hi, we receive hundreds of orders per day and the free sample is triggered only on orders that hit £30, we don't have somebody manually checking every order value and deciding whether to add one or not. You also used a discount code to gain 10% off, so your order was actually over more than £3 under the £30 limit for a free sample (although has the value been over £30 prior to using the code one would still have been triggered and sent)
Every sample in an order rarely appear exactly the same level on arrival as perfume is drawn into the tubes in transit. If you had any issues and had reached out we would've rectified for you.

Quite happy with this website and what they offer. Especially for some of the super niche perfumes, when one is not yet able to pay for a full bottle, 10ml is a good enough option. Delivery takes a minute, but it's no issue. I'm happy to keep purchasing from them, to try new perfumes.
