Order wasn't placed but my credit card was still charged.

Awful. I several days and hours shopping and decided to finally purchase a gorgeous table. I purchased from Fragrances N More. I was so excited and then within 2 days they issued a refund to me. Please note that the table was on their website for several days before I actually purchased!

The company showed this item on their website but I had to repeatedly call them about an update. As of today, I still haven't gotten my refund. I will notify paypal soon if I don't get my money back. Very sketchy company! UPDATE: So since I'm not able to reply directly back to this fraudulent company; (That is Fragrancesnmore.com); I've decided to to respond using the "edit" button. It's laughable this scammer company (Fragrancesnmore.com) is calling me a liar, when you can view my 100% feedback status on ebay (nathanielfitzgerald7111) for 173 reviews! It's been over 10 days now and still no refund. The only reason why this loser site (Fragrancesnmore.com) is saying they refunded my $350.24 now is because I had to file a case against them on Paypal.com. The smartest thing I could've done was make my purchase though Paypal. I would've never gotten my money back. My status on their fraud website sat in "cancelled status" instead of "refunded" before I reached out to Paypal. And yes, I AM aggressive when you constantly lie to me; Especially when I've given you my hard earned money! So folks PLEASE DON'T BUY from this scam site (fragrancesnmore.com). In the aftermath, they will only call you a liar, and brag about the positive reviews posted by their seven employees! I need to look into doing an official complaint, I'm not understanding why these folks are even in business....

We advised you of the situation but you chose to tell a lie and say that we advised you that the product was in stock when we advised you that we are going to cancel your order because it is not in stock as we thought. You also called us 10-15 hours after placing your order asking why has not your order been shipped and it is going on 24 hours etc. You also called the very next day asking the same thing. We were glad to cancel your order and be rid of you because you are extremely aggressive, obnoxious and overbearing and we will post this here for all to see and also hope we are rid of you for good. You should have already received a refund notification. We have several happy customers and plan to keep it that way. thanks

The order sat not shipping because someone thought PO# in comments meant PO Box instead of the address put on the order to ship to and bill to. Customer service was quite rude when explaining that a Business uses Purchase Order Numbers for receiving.
