It took a month to receive my order

It took a month to receive my order. Communication from the company was very poor - I send multiple emails and made multiple calls before anyone responded to me. I had to threaten to cancel my order and report them to the BBB before they responded. Evidently my item was out of stock, but the website didn't say this. If I had've known it was out of stock I would've ordered from elsewhere. Nevertheless, I did eventually receive the item...

Tried to order my favourite cologne for…

Tried to order my favourite cologne for the first time from this site. Sent my money via paypal. Received the email saying my payment went though. Then nothing for several days, no shipment info no nothing. I got in contact with them and they said there was a glitch and that they actually did not have the cologne that I had ordered in stock. Why would you have the cologne listed on the webpage if it was not available for purchase. And if I had not contacted them would I have even been contacted by them about it not being available? I felt ripped off. After that they said I would get a refund in 5-7 business days. I received nothing after that time passed. After that I emailed again. They told me I would get it in 24 hours(by then it was a Saturday so it seemed a bit fishy, as they had originally said it would arrive on a business day). Nothing. Again said I would get it in 24 hours. Nothing. I tried to direct message them on instagram. They ignored my message but continued to make posts. After sending many emails to them as well as paypal, making several calls, checking my back account and paypal everyday to make sure I was not getting scammed, It is now almost a month later and I finally received my refund. When they emailed me they said the site had a glitch and that's why the item showed on the site but was not available. And when the lady called to apologize about my money she also said there was a glitch with my refund. This whole company's excuse seem's to be a "glitch". Not acceptable! It's my money, I should not have to wait nearly a month to get it back. I will never be using this company again, I would much rather pay full price than go though this again. Thank you Fragrancess for giving me the worst online experience of my life! 0 stars.

Site says product has shipped and I will get a shipping email to track it. It's been 5 days since they shipped it and I still have no proof or email with a tracking number. Do they say shipped just to back a claim of fast shipping? Anyone else had this issue?

My order was on hold for three weeks

My order was on hold for three weeks. I contacted this company and they told me my order was on hold because the shipping address didnt match the billing address. Way too late! also i am wondering why that seemed unsual. i'm sure it happens often that people order for someone else as a gift or otherwise. The lateness of my order was very trying.

Glitches, Confusion, and Lies

I placed an order about 3 weeks ago. At the time, the website said that the product was in stock and would arrive in 2-5 business days. When I tracked the item, it was still "Processing" a week after the order was placed. I called them and they informed me that "at the time you placed the order, there was a glitch in the system and the product is actually out of stock." I told them to cancel the order, which they said they did and told me that I would get a refund. A few days go by and I get no refund or email to confirm that it's been cancelled. Their website still says that the order is "Processing." I called again and they told me the same bs about the glitch (seemed like they were reading this from a script) and again, I requested that they cancel the order. I had to ask them to send me an email to confirm the cancellation, which they did. Another week goes by, no refund from them. I call one more time and they ask me why I wanted to cancel! I tell them what they told me about the product being out of stock so tell me that there has been a confusion and that my order has already been shipped. I asked for the tracking number, they sent a one line email with a link to the tracking information. It's been 3 weeks since I placed order and I haven't received the item yet but their website says thay the order has been completed. The tracking link says that "information has been submitted by the shipper" two days ago.
I don't have a problem with waiting 3 weeks, but they need to be professional and communicate the real ETA to their customers, instead of lying and waiting for a customer to call them to chase down their order. I've had to call them multiple times to find out what was going on with my order, and request that they send me confirmation emails more than once. I still haven't received my order, and at this point, I'm not sure if I ever will, based on how sketchy they seem. I will wait another week and most likely have to call them again!

I am giving them a 1 star review but it's getting automatically changed to 3 stars. Only after editing my review was I allowed to give them 1 star. More lies!
