Terrible service
Terrible service. Bought a perfume from them and it came with broken cap and leaking . I returned it back to them more than a month ago and still waiting for my refund even after contacting them three times already.
My item was received by the company 11/12/21 and not 11/1/22 . And i have receipts for everything. Now is 30/1/22 and still no refund.
Just checked again 31/1/2022 and nothing. I haven't received any payment from your side .
Update 07/02/2022 still no refund even after contacting fragranza multiple times.
Tow months since i send back the product and i haven't received my money back .
Be aware DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

We tried to trace your details from our store using your name "Fluffy CSGO" but we couldnt find anything at all. We need all your details so we can ask our bank to proof the paymnet refund from our account to yours.
We have not recived a singl email after our request on 31/01/2022. We are here to help our customers. We got almost 99% positive reviews here and other platform so we must be doing soethig right.
Hope this time we will get all requested information from you and sort this issue out.
EDIT on 31/01/2022: We sent you an email on 17/01/2022 with proof of the transaction from our bank account. The money has left our account please could you check with you bank or credit card company you used to place an order. If you have not recived refund you shoudl have contacted us straightaway , the refund only take 24-48 hours. Please can you email us as soon as possible so we can escalate with our bank to do proper investigation. Please send email on hello@fragranza.uk we are always here to help our customer and do our best to provide excellent service. If you send us email with all the details we will take care of this issue as matter of urgency.
