Fragster.de and their game, CSTactics is a scam

Fragster.de heavily promoted their Counter-Strike themed game, CSTactics.gg. Stephan Haase, Founder & CEO of FRAGSTER AG, personally confirmed that this is their project.

They advertised on multiple platforms (Reddit, YouTube, X) that the winner of the Season 1 Championship would receive an AWP Dragon Lore skin on Steam. I am the confirmed winner of Season 1, and despite providing all necessary information via email and Discord, I have not received my prize.

This is a direct violation of Article 6 of Directive 2005/29/EC regarding misleading commercial practices. MajorRabbit, the Operative Head of Fragster AG, continues to provide vague responses about "poking" responsible people while nothing happens.

I have full evidence (screenshots, chat logs, GTC) that Fragster.de and CSTactics.gg are engaging in deceptive practices. Do not trust their promotions or spend time on their platforms. They do not fulfill their legal obligations to their winners.
