I ordered a rug from this company, but it was never delivered. After the purchase, communication became extremely poor — emails were ignored and responses were evasive.
I am still waiting for a refund, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with them. Due to the lack of response and accountability, I was forced to file a complaint with their bank and report the case to the police.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this company.

Although a very elegant website they never sent the purchased table or refunded me.

Super smooth transaction and easy communication.

After one month paying the order, few contacts to the customer service and finally after writing really bad review they sent the exact products to us what we ordered so I raise my review with one 🌟 Now I give them two 'cos at least this is not scam. They are not just the best in what they do.

The website seemed professional, however I never received my order… When I inquired via e-mail twice about that, also never received an answer. Only via Instagram I finally received an answer but no apology, no nothing, worst customer service ever!!! Did not even offer or bother to refund my money after it became clear that the item is no longer available - had to open a PayPal case in order to receive my money back! Definitely avoid these scammers!

This is not a legitimate website. Has not sent my order from March 2024. It is now June. In May responded to my messages apologising, saying they were waiting for my product to ship. In June I asked for a refund, they left me on read. Then said they are "expecting the product this week" and have since left me on read when I ask for a refund. Beware. Owe me $166.

Their website looks legitimate but I never received shipment confirmation and they never responded to my emails asking about the shipment. I eventually opened a PayPal case to get my money back.

I ordered some items in their webshop and quickly got an order confirmation, but never got a shipping confirmation. When I enquired by mail, phone and chat, I never got an answer regarding the delivery. In the meantime, they have refunded the money (2.5 weeks after ordering). They were very apologetic, apparently a small business, trying to do their best. Promised to do better next time …
