What amazing service

What amazing service. I ordered a A3 frame that arrived damaged. I e mailed customer services and got a reply later the same day. The contact was brilliant, very personal with one person dealing with with my issue. I received a new frame within 3 days!! I think the mark of a company is how they deal with problems when they arise, in my case they far exceeded my expectations. Well done to Amanda and team.

FANTASTIC customer service

I bought a frame from this company via Amazon, which unfortunately arrived with the glass broken. I emailed the Frame Company explaining my situation, and I was lucky enough to have a response from Amanda by the next day. Amanda was incredibly helpful, apologetic, kind and understanding and arranged for a replacement glass to be sent out immediately. I also was kindly offered the option of changing to a plexi-glass instead which is more durable, however as the frame is for a wedding project I asked for glass. Because of this wonderful customer service the initial fault of the broken glass was concretely overcome and I would happily order from them again if I am need of another frame. The frame itself is lovely too. Five stars!

I have had many pictures framed by this…

I have had many pictures framed by this company and I am 100% satisfied that they provide a very good service. The people who work there are very helpful and I have never had to wait that long for the framing to be done.I would most definitely recommend this Company and I will always go there for my framing.

Excellent company and customer service

I ordered a frame and mount for a special print.
I paid extra for a speedy delivery prior to going away. It arrived as expected but owing to the delivery driver putting it in with my recycling during extreme wet weather the mount had some water damage, despite being very well packaged.
Customer service were so helpful and replaced the mount, holding off posting until I was back from holiday to receive it.
The frame and mount look so good and I am happy to recommend and re order.

Avoid. Can't fulfil ordered frame sizes.

Very unhelpful company who don't know the sizes of their own frames.

Avoid The Frame Company. They've set up frame ordering on Amazon. Click on one size and you'll receive a random choice by post. Let them know by the email that they provide and they'll redirect to Amazon. And then send the wrong size frame out a second time. Avoid these clowns who can't recognise the sizes of their own frames.

As we did try to explain, yes we do sell our frames on Amazon from our Frame Company store, but we also sell our frames to Amazon who then go on to sell our frames but as an Amazon product. I completely understand how the concept can sometimes be confused and especially when Amazon customer service directs you to us in the event of any issue, but essentially we have absolutely no involvement or power over the sale or how it is advertised. You will see somewhere on the Amazon listing "Sold by" and it will either state "Sold by Frame Company" or "Sold by Amazon". On this occasion you purchased sold by from Amazon which means that every process, from the storage of the frames, the picking, the handling, quality checks and the packing is all managed by Amazon and their staff from their various fulfilment centres. The orders are delivered by Amazon designated carriers and your payment is even made directly to Amazon. We have absolutely no part to play in the transaction when you purchase a "Sold by Amazon" product. We do sincerely go above and beyond for all of our customers and your review is saddening because we do pride ourselves on offering a very high standard of customer service, whatever the situation. We have raised the listing issue with our account manager several times and are honestly working on how we can ensure it is corrected as soon as possible to avoid this happening to more customers, however regretfully we are unable to change how Amazon operate and advertise their products ourselves, we sadly do not have that power. The replacement that you received would have again been sent by Amazon.
I do understand your frustration entirely and I appreciate that it is a Frame Company branded product, but I can only offer the example of you purchasing a pair of Nike trainers from John Lewis, but in the event of an issue, you return to Nike themselves, rather than John Lewis where the sale was actually made.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience you have been caused, and understand that Amazon have since refunded you fully so that's good news at least, but it is unfair to suggest to others to avoid Frame Company, we are certainly not clowns and we work very hard every day in our customers best interest only, but sadly in this instance, the situation is completely out of our control.

Very happy with the service

Very happy with the service. I was on a tight deadline of just two days, so pressure was on. Fortunately, the mounts arrived with a day spare.
Great quality mounts, would recommend.

The best choice of attractive, affordable, quality frames and prompt service.

Frame Company offers a wide, well-priced range of frames that suit my photography work and preferences. The selection far outstrips the options available from competitors, who offer very little that compares, at much higher prices. The website is informative and easy to order from. I love the way each frame style has a name. Customer service is excellent and order production, even for custom frames, is swift. I've just spent 10-15 minutes browsing other sites and the exercise confirmed everything I wrote above about Frame Company's products and prices. Right now, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service, and great frame!

I ordered a frame from The Frame Company - their website is easy to navigate and it was simple to find the exact size and colour frame I was looking for. It arrived quickly but the glass had cracked in transit. I contacted The Frame Company to explain the situation - Amanda, emailed me back the same day to apologise, and explained she would send out a replacement immediately. She also suggested I swap from glass to perspex, as this was lighter and less likely to get damaged at any point. The replacement arrived quickly, in perfect condition and my picture looks great in the complete frame. The customer service I received from Amanda was amazing - her communication was excellent, and she rectified the problem quickly and with no fuss. I would definitely use The Frame Company again.

Had some issues with Evri (who hasn't)

Had some issues with Evri (who hasn't), selected to deliver to a Evri locker as knew would be away on the expected day of delivery, only to be told later that the package was too big and couldn't be redirected. Fantastic customer service to sort it out and get replacement frames sent out with an alternative courier, have since placed a 2nd order for more of the same frames as happy with the quality.

Great Customer Support and Fast Response

I bought a frame and mount from the Frame Company and initially thought there was an issue with it. It turned out everything was actually fine, but I just wanted to highlight how good their customer support is. They were incredibly responsive and genuinely focused on making sure I was happy with my purchase. Really impressed with the level of care—highly recommend!

Excellent frames and good customer service

The frames I have bought have always been good, however, my last one arrived quite badly damaged in the corner. I called them and my issue was dealt with professionally on the phone and I received a replacement the following morning. Excellent customer service, especially to Natasha on this occasion
