Ordered 2 pairs of glasses in January 2023. First pair arrived in timely fashion. Second pair still not here. Keep getting the run around. Truth be told, I've beeen buying from Frame Genie for years and never had these problems. that's why I gave them a 2 and not a 1.
I will gladly update this rating if I have a positive outcome.

Do not Deal with these people.
They will lie and lie and lie to you about your order.
Waiting 4 weeks first it was have to check with lab on Wednesday.
We will know in 24 to 48 hrs.
Then on Friday it was system not on track.
then Monday it's We will know in 24 to 48 hrs all over again.
Update I called them on Wednesday morning and guess what? They told me that the system was down lol.
I will now report them to my bank for FRAUD.
Also there are 3 complaints on here and we all gave them one star.
Why do they have three when you look up the review.

Shipping takes forever. It took 27 business days (5 weeks and two days) to receive glasses, and they did not come with a case. The web site says my order is "still processing".
Horrible service. Ordered on 7/2 said 10 to 14 days for shipping. Sent email on 7/16 asking about order and was told they would be shipped next week. Next week came and went and still no glasses. Sent 2 more emails and have not received a response and still have not shipped my order but they have charged me.
