I ordered a just a frame (with dummy lenses) recently. Since it's a NZ website, I assumed their frames would be in stock in NZ. I didn't know and wasn't advised that their products are shipped from Australia. Despite the website claiming there would be order updates sent at every step of the process, that wasn't the case. I emailed them after 2 weeks and only then I was told that it hadn't been shipped yet. My order took another 2 weeks to arrive, so I got it a month after purchasing. Unfortunately for me, the frame didn't suit me (not their fault of course) so thought of returning it. It had to be done by tracked shipping which from NZ to AU would've cost about 40NZD ( the frame had been 80NZD) and I had to pay for. No thanks. I would not recommend this website to anyone. Takes waaaaay to long yo arrive and a hasstle to deal with.

I ordered online from Framebuys NZ. Took 3 weeks to receive. When arrived, I wore them but dizzy all day. Usually it take a day for me to adjust new script. I wore for 3 days and no improvement. I did another pair from different shop with same script. No problem at all. I paid 60 for frame and 150 for glasses from Framebuys order. I contact them for return. Got reply after 3 times request. And this is their response " To start the return process, please re-pack the frames in the original packaging, lodge the parcel at your local Post (see below return address), and share the tracking details with us.

Once we receive the parcel and confirm the frames are in a suitable condition we will refund the frame cost of $53.20 and email you a confirmation. "
To conclude, I won't bother to return for 50 dollar.
My biggest mistake is trusting them.
Please DO NOT order from them. Learn from my mistakes.

The website is good, but the shipping is taking forever, they've only been dispatched, and I ordered 23rd February, and apparently they'll take another 7-12 days to arrive!

Excellent service and really good quality product. Sizing shown on frame cases was accurate so they fit my oversized pop-over sunglasses perfectly.
