Payment taken straight away but no confirmation email or any response to contact attempts through website form or email, no telephone number to chase up?

@Framesplus - Do you even read the reviews?! Why leave a reply asking for an order ID, which I stated I didn’t get an email confirmation so won’t have, I have also emailed the email address provided twice with no response?! Your reply is useless, please contact me to either return my money or send the products I paid for!

Took my money and sent nothing

Took my money and sent nothing. No response to my emails, including those sent via PayPal's complaints process. Thankfully now have my money back via PayPal, but would warn others to proceed with caution.

Picture frame came and come broken on 3 of the edges complain about it. And nothing at all came from them no replacement or refund waste of time
Will not buy from there

The frames were damaged

The frames were damaged. I sent two emails to ask about this. I heard nothing back. There is no phone number or way to contact them on their website. So I’m stuck with two frames that I paid for and can’t use. As I have no way to get hold of them. Not impressed and wouldn’t use this company again

DO NOT BUY FROM FRAMES PLUS

Frame was supplied damaged and their e-mail contact address isn’t working. They don’t have a contact telephone number. I a message on their website messaging service a few days ago and haven’t received a response
Do not buy from this company

They have now, 2weeks later, responded to my complaint re damaged frame by asking me to confirm my ID. They ask this knowing that customers have no way of contacting them as their tel number and e-mail address isn’t working/isn’t recognised

No response from the shop

I bought some frames from this shop twice. the first time was ok. shipping was quicker and frame was ok. but the second time, I am still waiting for the delivery after 14days I order. I tried to contact the shop but both email and phone are not working. I left my enquiry through their Website but no response. I am still hoping my order will be delivered soon.

Item has arrived broken. Cannot get hold of anyone to request a replacement.

Sadly I never received my order

Sadly I never received my order. It was delivered to the wrong house, then handed back to the driver who never bothered delivering to the correct address instead Hermes produced a string of excuses for why it never got delivered which when challenged they admitted were untrue.
Sadly this sort of thing happens when Hermes is your delivery company.
Framesplus offered to resend the frames but
I just wasn't prepared to take the risk with Hermes, so I was given a full refund. Shame really as the frames looked really nice on the website.

Great company

Great company. Brilliant communication and customer service. After contacting the company because I hadn't received my order, I received a replacement item within a few days. Perfect for my needs. I would highly recommend.

Bought an expensive picture, but not prepared to pay 200 for a frame. Found this one and its good quality for a good price.

Failed to arrive

Ordered 2 frames which failed to arrive. An email to Frames Plus went unanswered but a message via Etsy produced a prompt response and a promise to send a second order with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 working days. 5 working days later, with no sign of any frames, I asked for a refund (via Etsy) which I have now received. I wouldn’t trust Frames Plus again - a pity because the frames looked to be just what I wanted.

Poor frame. Bad quality. Looked terrible and was damAged when I arrived. Did eventually get refund but I was hard work
