Great concept. No manual
Great concept.But I missed a manual in my Package. The mounting is straight forward, but to avoid mistakes i always like to read the instructions.

The order shipped without the proper…
The order shipped without the proper number of hangers for the frames. I reached out and they sent more but still didn’t send enough so now it’s been more than a month and I have half hung galleries.

Building a photo wall doesn’t get any easier than with Framky
Easy to order on your phone, lots of variety in terms of frames and sizes, quick and clean delivery and hanging everything up couldn’t be more simple and was done super fast. Price is reasonable and good value for money if you ask me. First time I used Framky and I didn’t know it at all (did look up soms positive reviews though) but would definitely recommend and use it again myself.
We made a photo wall with pictures of my brother who unexpectedly passed away at the age of 46 last month. Life is difficult enough at the moment so very thankful that this was as easy as it gets.

This order was few days late on our side, due to a small issue with our passepartout subcontractor. It was finally sent on 04-04-2024, and finally delivered on 15-04-2024. We are very sorry for the long delivery time - it happens sometimes for Italian customers. We are working to replace DPD courier to a new company, since the delivery times are longer than expected.
White circles and cheap frames
Wrong size of the picutres.
There were white frames aorund some pictures (3 out of 14) and that looks not good, because I also ordered passepartouts, so there are 2 white sircles around each of the three pictures. So it does not good.
Some of the frames were faulty, the edges are frayed, which makes them look cheap. The overall quality of the black frames is not good.
I am satisfied with the print quality.
