Great quality furniture and outstanding customer service. One delicate item arrived damaged and Julia P (and Meghan) helped me the entire way thru the process to resolve it. I’m very happy with their assistance and would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience working with Agustina (design consultant) to place an order on a travertine dining table. She helped me make my decision by sharing real photos from other clients, and by providing excellent customer service with quick responses and preparing my cart when checking out. I am looking forward to receiving my table and ordering more from France & Son.

I ordered a piece of furniture from France and Son. The order confirmation quoted a 1-2 week lead time. After that window passed and the item still hadn't arrived, I called France and Son to check on it. The customer service rep confirmed on the phone that the product had not yet shipped. Based on that, I went ahead and bought a similar product from another retailer to replace it.

When I then asked to cancel the France and Son order in that same call, the story suddenly changed: I was told the order was now in the shipping process and could no longer be canceled. The item was delivered shortly after. So within the same conversation, the same order went from "hasn't shipped" to "can't be stopped."

When I asked to return the table for a refund, France and Son insisted on a 20% restocking fee, refused to refund the original shipping, and want me to pay return shipping out of pocket. Across multiple emails, the company has given three different dates for when the order supposedly became non-cancellable, with no documentation provided.

When I told them I had opened a dispute with my bank, the supervisor's response was to call it a "fraudulent chargeback" and pressure me to withdraw it.

Missed the lead time, contradicted themselves on the phone, and resorted to intimidation when asked for a fair refund. Read the cancellation and return policies very carefully before ordering.

I've ordered from France and Son before and they're great. I was happy to find another good sale with furniture pieces that I've been looking for. Julieta was very helpful in providing me quotes, always very quick responses and excellent pricing.

It was my first time dealing and ordering from France and Son. I had a few questions and concerns (regarding shipping, etc) However, Agustina was very knowledgeable and quick to respond, thus helped me place my order.

Augustina was very available and responsive as I tried to sort out purchasing a bedframe. She tried to get me the best deal possible and checked in to make sure I had what I needed as I made my decision! Though I went with a different product in the end, she made me feel that France & Son is a reliable and customer-oriented business. Thank you Augustina!

We were looking for two beds for a new home and that's when we found France and Son. They were offering great deals and what we were looking for. It took us some time to make a final decision, but I am appreciative to Agustina for her patience and continuing to follow up and assist us throughout the purchase process. We look forward to having them delivered and installed in the coming weeks.

We purchased an items that came slightly damaged. France and Son team worked with us quickly to find a solution to return our item. They gave us a couple options and we were very happy with the prompt response and kind service.

I ordered a vase for an event and it never arrived (although it was supposed to be delivered on time). When I checked tracking I saw they’d delivered it to the opposite side of the country. I let them know that it was mis-shipped, now late, and to cancel my order. They lied and said they’d already shipped a new product out (impossible as I was the one who notified them at the same time as cancel request). Then they said they would refund me partially, but I had to pay the exorbitant restocking fee, again I’ve never even received anything! I requested a full refund or that I would call my credit card company and they never replied. Thankfully all this ridiculousness is documented in one email so I’m not concerned about the full refund, it’s just a hassle to have to go through this. Terrible customer service.

Tina was very helpful. She went above and beyond to price match.

I chatted with Tina at France and Son about a better price for an item on another website. Not only did she match that price, she BEAT it. And the whole process took less than 5 minutes. I am very satisfied. Thank you!!
