I bought a mirror from your website and paid 110 euros in customs fees. The mirror arrived broken, and the total cost was around 500 euros. You are not answering my emails and you seem to have disappeared. I am very disappointed: I trusted you, and unfortunately I made a mistake.
I am extremely satisfied with the product I received – it was even more beautiful than described on the website! The tray was very well-packaged, and the delivery was impressively fast. A very happy customer who will gladly shop with Franckly again!

The item ordered arrived broken and for over a month I’ve been trying to get a reimbursement - no answer yet. The shop does not offer good assistance for orders from private sellers even it is through their website: I was told that the reimbursement will be decided only upon the decision of the carrier (still waiting for it). It should be the seller who takes the responsibility of appropriate packaging and deal with this. In overall - bad experience, little assistance, and bad management of problems. Definitely won’t be shopping on Franckly.
