Customer services at it's worst
Customer services at it's worst. I have been ping-ponged between Frandsen and a retailer because I need a small spare part to mount a lamp in the ceiling. After several emails with pictures and screen-shots of their own manual, they cannot even tell me what the spare part is called so I can pass that information to the retail store. I have now talked to the retails store for the 2nd time, and after sending several more emails, and they will contact Frandsen for the same information to get that part. Now I have to pay 150kr. for them to pick it and another 150kr. for the freight - insane delivery costs... And for a super small part, that cost close to nothing to produce. Instead Frandsen could just put it in the mail and send it for 30 kr... So far this have taken 2 weeks from my first call to Frandsen. An incredible WASTE OF EVERYONES TIME! Arrogant company with NO customer service. Will never buy anything from them again.
