How can a shirt 55 percent rayon shrink by 20 percent washed on 30 degrees.Shocking quality and waste of 80 quid.

Out of six purchases, a misstep on the last order but customer service was excellent and contacted me by phone the same day as I'd emailed them. Replacement shirt arrived the very next day. Truly exceptional.

I had ordered a holiday shirt from Frangipani which was subsequently lost in transit by the couriers. After emailing Frangipani cancelling the order I received a message from Benny the owner of the business offering to send me a shirt to Cyprus!! Emailed Sunday morning, and got a reply that day, (I did not expect that!) as the shirts I had ordered were too small, reordered larger size on Sunday and they arrived Tuesday morning - wow - fabulous service.

The shirts are excellent quality.. the customer service were not brilliant to start, as other people have said, but once Ben got involved, my shirts arrived in no time. Ben is a real gent-and when he assures you it will be sorted….it is! I would put the problems down to teething issues and certainly give them a go…the shirts are top quality and really fab designs. I will be back purchasing from next seasons too… thank you

Having posted a pretty bad review last week, I am now pleased to say I have had e mails, telephone calls and a new shirt delivered.
It seemed we were both using wrong e mails.

Just purchased a DuskTil Dawn printed shirt.
The colours are true of the images on the website and the quality is excellent. I originally purchased size large, which is my usual shirt size, but unfortunately it was a bit tight around my shoulders and upper arms, ordered the same shirt in XL and it fits perfectly, super fast delivery too. A returns portal would bring the returns process inline with most other online retailers.
This is my new favourite shirt.

I thought Frangipani was just for summer shirts - for those wild beach and bbq sessions and travel to far off sun spots. Not so. They now have Autumn check flannel shirts so I can be fashionable in the winter at home or at the pub planning which printed shirts to wear on my next summer or winter sun break.

I've been buying Frangipani shirts for over 5 years now. I have quite a collection! . I've been really pleased not only with the shirts but with the service from Frangipani over the years. On the odd occasion when I have had an issue they have always responded quickly and positively and been extremely helpful . I think its fair to say that the quality of the shirts has undoubtedly improved over the last 5 years to an extent that I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone wanting a bright and breezy "stand out" high quality shirt.
