Brought a pair summer motorcycle gloves…
Brought a pair summer motorcycle gloves about 9mths ago and a hole has appeared in one of the finger's.Rather than travel 1 hour out my way to the motorcycle shop,I thought I would contact there customer service for help and sending them a picture so they could see the hole. Know can't help have to take them to shop so they can be inspected I.e look at the hole the same one that is in the picture,so can decide whether to fix or replace them.I explained I don't have other warm weather gloves so will provide me with some whilst there's are bring repaired
They were not that expensive anyway why bother I should of know better I brought frank Thomas gear before and it was rubbish them looks good and very comfortable but build quality I.e naff stitching!I won't be spending my hard earned money on frank Thomas rubbish again and poor customer services.
