I had a similiar experience to those below. I ordered the first week of January 2023 and the shipment number they gave me doesn't work. I've sent three emails and I've had no response and their chat link doesn't work. The company is probably going bankrupt and they are cutting staff (this is my assumption) but I will never ever support them again. I've paid $70 and have NOTHING to show for it.
Package tracking number didn't work
Package tracking number didn't work, so I couldn't track its progress. It arrived almost a month after it was supposed to. Customer service was MIA until I harassed them on multiple platforms, then I finally got a response with an update on my package. I was excited to shop from them as they came across as a sustainable company, but yikes. Not getting anything from them again.
Terrible Customer Service / Missing Package
I have had a terrible experience trying to get ahold of anyone for customer support. They shipped my order in two separate shipments, one was delivered but the other one is missing. I have not be able to get ahold of anyone...so crazy! Do not purchase from this company.

This company is NOT delivering packages…
This company is NOT delivering packages nor issuing refunds. So basically they are stealing. I ordered in November and reached out through email in December when I was still waiting for my package. They no longer have a phone line. Through email, I was told they were late on deliveries. By the end of December, I messaged them in Facebook to learn that my package was being returned to the warehouse and I would be refunded. I am still waiting on my refund and it is Jan 15, 2023. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Check out their facebook comments for further proof. No one is receiving their packages. I assume it's because they went bankrupt and everything is chaos over there.
Frank + Oak going downhill fast
October 29/22 purchase christmas gifts. One of the pants for my daughter had a strange fit she said. In early Jan. I contacted customer service asking to return for a store credit. It took customer service 7 days to respond with a no. I live in a rural part of Ontario so I usually try to start my Christmas shopping early Nov. Needless to say I will no longer shop at Frank + Oak. I have noticed a huge difference in customer service since Frank + Oak filed for bankruptsy protection in 2020 and new USA company UCG bought them. It lookslike from recent reviews that a lot of consumers are not happy with Frank+Oak.
Order Somewhere Else
First off, there needs to be a way of giving 0 stars, or for Frank & Oak, NEGATIVE STARS. Still waiting for an order placed in mid Dec (an order which they confirmed they had and delivery would be before Christmas). I've sent multiple emails and contacted them on messenger and received one response, They state they can't cancel the order because it has NOW been shipped. BUT WAIT turns out, THAT'S a lie. Plug in the tracking number and BAM, NOTHING. This order has not been shipped. AND here's the best part, they DON'T have a phone number to call and actually TALK TO SOMEONE. They hide behind the emails and messenger and just IGNORE YOU. I called a Frank & Oak store and the girl told me they treat them the exact same way (LIKE GARBAGE). What kind of a company doesn't have a CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER to call?? I'll tell you what kind of company, ONE you should NEVER do BUSINESS WITH.

Delivery was extremely delayed, came in drips and drabs.
When I returned, they claimed that I had returned items from other retailers (I do not own any of those brands).
Since then they have gone quiet (1+ week) despite numerous follow-ups.

I ordered over 500 dollars worth of clothing from Frank and Oak over a month ago. The package was delivered unsafely and got stolen by some passersby. I was at home at the time and could've received the package if only the delivery driver rang the buzzer... I've been emailing Frank and Oak almost every day since asking for a refund but they have yet to process it. Needless to say, I will never buy from them again and I suggest neither do you. Not to mention that their clothes are generally quite poor quality...

My order never arrived!!! I paid over $500 and I have sent countless messages to their Customer Service ("member services") only to never hear back. DO NOT BUY! Scammers. I am praying my bank will refund me the money because Frank and Oak is refusing to.
Frankly, a joke
Very annoying to order through Frank and Oak. Every time I have, they ship using a different courier method, with each shipping time estimate being incorrect (ie. Longer than expected - in some case, much longer). Their customer service response is like pouring molasses, and while I like some of their clothes, not worth the hassle.

Avoid at all costs. Quality of the clothing is terrible for the price point and the customer service is non-existent.
Poor customer service and process
Ordered 4 items. 2 arrived properly via Canada Post. The 2 items shipped with UPS were marked as delivered but were not actually delivered to my address (address was correct with my unit number and buzz). Contacted customer support only to get a generic we have to start an investigation with UPS. Apparently they can't issue a refund unless an investigation happens and UPS deems it did not deliver the item properly. It's been 2 weeks now and UPS has issued a claim. I reached back out to the CS and they tell me that even though a claim has been issued, they still have to wait for the outcome of UPS's investigation. I never received the items and it seems they don't care about the client portion of their business. Even though I paid $170 and never received the product if UPS says they delivered the package then I won't get a refund from the looks of it. I will be contacting my credit card company for a charge-back if this happens. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from them online as this has never happened to me before. I have purchased hundreds of items online in the past 2 years and this experience has lost them a customer.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Wont allow price adjustments while their product is still in the mail to their clients, nevermind once it has arrived. Wont allow returns for items that have SHIPPED 15 days ago, even if you only received them yesterday and want to return something that doest fit.
No logic in customer service agents, only a book to abide by.
Ill be calling my credit card company for a chargeback, I recommend you do too.

This has become my go to shop when I need new clothing items. I try to be mindful of my purchases and don’t buy just to buy, I buy to replace old cheap clothes. I think they have great quality clothes, haven’t had to replace anything g I have purchased from them over the past 2-3 years. Jeans are great!!
