I have been a satisfied user of Frank Energy in the Netherlands and when we purchased our second home in Spain I was very pleased to learn about the services Frank Energy is also delivering in Spain. Everything, as in The Netherlands, went very smooth and now with my solar panels up-and-running I am curious to see what my electrical bill will look like!

Cancelled my contract as soon as possible, overall experience was very poor, not understanding and not able to delivery the agreed upon service.

We got to Frank energy, because I was tired to go everytime to Iberdrola to ask for explaining why the costs are so high. First the didn't pay for the kWh that were delivered back to the grid. Then they had me signing for a contract were I had to pay 10 euro per month for advice for theire opinion, which I already could see. Now all is solved,just by joining Frank energy..
Transparant prices and way cheaper then Iberdola. Ik knew them allready in the Netherlands and am happy they operate in Spain now. The app works okay, but there is room for improvement there. A lot of options are not operational yet.
I am satisfied with a well-functioning app and customer service. The price is daily well indicated in the app so that I can adjust my use accordingly.
