Super fast delivery and great quality!

I received my item within a couple of days of ordering. I notoriously turn green with any plated jewellery and can only wear real solid silver (not my colour) or real solid gold (hella expensive). I bought a gold chain from this website which promises you won’t turn green and I haven’t! Genuinely can’t believe it.

Absolutely love my necklace

Absolutely love my necklace - well made and fun packaging too. I then stupidly dropped the pendant down the sink! I got in touch with Customer Service and they very kindly gave me a discount to replace it. Even though it was totally my fault! Great company and great customer service.

So disappointed.

So disappointed! I ordered 2 items on the 15th of Feb, emailed to find out information on the 8th of March and still haven’t heard anything!

An item was missing from my order

An item was missing from my order. I've tried contacting customer services on Instagram, Facebook and email and haven't received answer. Really disappointed as I love the necklaces I did receive but 2 were meant to be bbf necklaces and I can no longer gift them as one is missing 😭

Excellent experiences! Necklaces are beautiful quality and the gift bag is gorgeous too. No effort needed to make it lovely for presentation! Got myself a necklace too and it hasn't been off since I received it

Love it all! So cute and exciting!

The website has some really nice products and the backing paper makes them even better! Now that is some creativity right there! The products themselves, are just lovely, I'm so happy with them! I haven't stopped wearing my necklace, and I can't wait to share the non-bio sibling one!

Fab product and amazing service

Fab product that I bought as a gift for a friends birthday. Amazing communication with the company due to the postal strikes, received the order in plenty of time.

Can’t wait to buy more!

Great product that I cannot wait to give to my friend for Christmas and also great communication between the customer service team as to tracking the parcel I ordered, due to the post office strike they were quick to respond to let me know it had been sent, will definitely buy from them again!

We can assure you that your order was shipped from us on the 29th November, and should arrive with you shortly.

As Royal Mail have been going through a period of strike action which affected collections and deliveries on the 24th November, 25th November, 30th November and 1st December, and with more scheduled over the coming weeks, deliveries are taking longer than usual, and we thank you for your patience.
