Scammers. How can a scam company get on Instagram do easily. Surely this should be monitored?
My order shows has not left and when you follow prompts to contact it dies F all !
Fyi the deduction on credit card shows up under wwwcaresspress.com in Stockholm.
Again I too wish I could have found these reviews before I hesitantly committed as it showed trusted site.
Let's hope they get put out of business

They are a fake company. Not the fleecy thermal leggings I ordered. I can see through these and paid $50. Looks like I should have read these reviews first. They can't be contacted on the email they provide (says recipient's email provider rejected it). I knew I was scammed when I received the package, and it was a cheap Chinese parcel. I will put in a bank transaction dispute to have my money refunded.

poor quality, no service, no communication - never again!

What I received was not the jeans I ordered. They were completely different with different lining and I wear a Large, but I couldnt get these pants on, way to small. Very disappointed, wont order again. Donated them to a charity.

Scammers fleece leggings were none fleece cheap rubbish I threw in the bin. 6 months and still waiting for the promised correct pair and they are still advertising and stealing everyone’s $$$

Same as most people here. Ordered fleece leggings got thin leggins. NOT what was advertised. Now I have to send it all the way to China, and pay for it.
They mislead us with false advertisement and we have to pay for shipping on their BS.

Scammers!! Beware of this company, It is a total fraud. I returned the fake, no quality, unacceptable products to China with a promise I will get a refund including freight. It has been 3 months now since they confirmed that they have received the returned product and until now no refund.

I ordered the Thermal Fleece Jeggings, was sent jeggings without thermal fleece, have sent them back but haven't received a refund,

The email address given didn't work so I can't even send them back
This is a rip off!!!

Ordered thick fleece thermal jeggings and received cheap jeggings from aliexpress.
Upon complaining was given an offer of 5% refund.
Read other comments, that even if you send the item back, you don't get a refund.

Scammers and stealing money from customer.

Scammers! I ordered 2 Fleece Jeggings and paid more than $100nzd but I received thin jeggings that are not worth the money i paid! As soon as I saw the small package I knew it's not a fleece jeggings! What a total rubbish!

I too received a cheap cheap shiney pair of unlined jeggings , not denim , in wrong size as well. Nothing like what they were @dvertised to be. Was offered a 20 percent refund if I kept them or was offered to return to China at my expense. Beware. This sure looks to be a scam.

DO NOT USE. I was sent a pair of jeans nothing like the ones I ordered. When I informed them I was told I had to pay to ship them back overseas or take a partial refund. Its bad enough not to offer free returns for clothes because you don't know if they will fit, but even worse to expect me to pay to return something I didn't want.
When I further complained and insisted on a free return they told me that the item I originally ordered was out of stock, so they deliberately sent me the wrong item then expect me to pay for it with only a partial refund or pay to ship it.
