AWFUL SERVICE - CUSTOMER LOST.
This order was 'IN STOCK' when ordered. It was delivered after several MONTHS delay due to a "warehouse reorganization".
To make matters worse the order was a gift which I was trying to keep SECRET. Shortly after placing the order Frankonia emailed my normal email address telling me the order had been switched to the email address on my Frankonia account. The email address I'd used from my mobile device was DEACTIVATED by Frankonia. Secret gift RUINED. THANKS!
I emailed and phoned several times over the next MONTHS. NO ONE could give me an answer on when delivery might take place. I didn't cancel the order as I was fascinated, I wanted to see just how long it would take.
To be honest over the years the service provided by Frankonia (Bielefeld) has gone from bad to worse.
Two repairs to my rifle (both failed shortly afterwards). A Rifle sold to a friend in a dangerous condition (the extractor was missing so the breech was not sealed).
Attitude of the sales staff is normally quite good. I was appalled earlier this year to be cut off half way through a question by a rude member of staff who got the question (and therefore the answer) wrong.
In truth the prices are not reasonable but often the items can be found cheaper at Askari or online.
I'm done with Frankonia, suggest you give them a complete MISS.

Colours are described wrong (purple not blue!) and high delivery price
In general, everything was fine - the delivery arrived in normal time and was packaged nicely. However, I placed a second order for another scarf in blue (I had phoned to add it to the first order, but it was too late to change it). The scarf was on sale and I decided that paying the high delivery cost did not matter too much - I added a couple of shirts to the order to take a look, but I would not normally have bothered placing a second order for them alone. To my disappointment, the scarf was purple, not blue in any way - I really dislike purple, so there was no way that I would have ordered it if the description had been correct. So, I paid an extra 6€ in delivery fees for an order I would never have placed. I won't order from Frankonia again as I don't trust their descriptions and it's not worth the delivery fees when I can order elsewhere for less.

Order placed 13th april, everything was "in stock"
After 2 weeks I mailed 4 times for orderstatus, no answer
I called Frankonia, it was "impossible" for them to speak English (my German isn't very good) and the girl on the phone was not kind nor helpfull,result: no answer
Today, 2nd of june, I received the order, one item missing...
Like I said... a DISASTER
